The Brits were exposed on NYE and in subsequent concerts to a far different ADAM than is shown in this Rankin photo shoot. I'm not feeling it with these photos. Sorry, but I'm changing my drink from Koolaid. Hope I'm in the minority and I can count on an attack for even stating my opinion. I remember when some on this site questioned the clothes on the rack and how they would translate. Now we know. Have any of you noticed the number difference on Twitter between retweets and favorites for the Rankin photos? Not in any way an attack but I really don't see anything in the Rankin shoot that would be unpalatable here in the UK.

There was pretty impressive interest from Billboard, MTV, and various other mainstream media about Ghost Town and I didn't see Warner tweet/retweet about those. They fill my feed with stuff from their other artists so I'm curious if I missed it in the glut of tweets from them? They have, just quick scrolling their feed i see several retwwets. mobile.twitter.com/wbr/tweetsWBcanada and WBsa have tweeted as well. Probably other branches as well but i have not watched them. thanks graciejane! They tweet so much that my eyes glaze over reading my feed sometimes LOL

Can you expand on what do you think the difference is between the NYE/Concert Adam and the Rankin photos Adam?

The Adam that the Brits saw on NYE was very different from the Adam they would see later in concert! I'm pretty sure he will have a different vibe in the next pictures we see..... and the next ones..... and the ones after that. He is so fluid in that regard and that really sets him apart from the rest of the male artists today, whose images stay very stagnant. Google search his images......... there is so much variety there it is astounding. That's in only six years. He has always been a chameleon, and likely always will be. ETA: and replies are not an attack.... they are a difference of opinion...... Well said, and I definitely agree that watching all the changes is entertainment in and of itself. Q3 doesn't like the turquoise shorts and Counselor does not like all of his photo shoots. Some I love and some I hate because they don't show ADAM at his best. Adam even admits to some fashion fails. It is what it is at this point but I know it affected my ability on Twitter to even retweet some of these pictures. This too shall pass. At least the interview was one of the better ones.

I will always drink the Kool-Aid....sometimes taking little sips and sometimes guzzling the whole glass. I like all Adam photos....love some more than others. I totally respect those who don't like these latest ones much or at all. These really professional magazine type spreads tend to be "different" to how some of us might like him portrayed.....but they're interesting, sexy and artistic IMO. Remembering The Details shoot, Flaunt and Mike Ruiz (I barely could swallow the kool-aid on that one...lol), etc., these latest images are just another photographer's take on Adam. There will be many more interpretations to come and that fascinates me. Can you imagine stanning a guy who is predictable and one dimensional? NO way. JMHO, etc.

I just hope that people all across the UK are thinking so much about Adam that they notice the difference in his looks. *** I can only think of one Adam looks that I do not believe anyone LOVED -- the leather poncho look. (Please do not post it and ruin my high over how well this launch is going. ) Regarding the aqua boardshorts -- if today's Adam put those on, they might look great to me. Back then, not one of his best looks. And as with everything, it is all a matter of taste. As one of our members often says --- carry on.
