Adam Lambert Previews New Music Coming Within 2 Weeks!Posted By: Kazem SedighzadehPosted date: April 12, 2015In: TV Adam Lambert was born in 1982 and has been stage acting since he was a young child. You will remember his name because he was the runner up in the 8th season of American Idol. Even though Lambert did not win that season, he still signed a recording deal and released his first album called For Your Entertainment in 2009. The album reached number 3 on the Billboard 200 and was in the top 10 in several other countries. He also released 3 singles from that album that were international successes. Lambert has a flamboyant, theatrical style and a powerful, technically skilled voice that has been influenced by various artists, and genres according to the artist. Back in 2011, he was nominated for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance at the Grammys and an honorary GLAAD Media Award in 2013. Just 3 years after releasing his first album, it had already sold more than 2 million copies worldwide. Shortly after that, Lambert became known as the first openly gay mainstream pop artist on a major label in the United States. More: masterherald.com/adam-lambert-previews-new-music-coming-within-2-weeks/14495/ 3rd paragraph a tad bizarre.... in terms of writing about long past events as being present time, and a weird comment re QAL tour dates. Obviously this person is not fanning Adam daily... Misleads the Idol role. Adam was guest judging this year, wonder how Adam would have judged this article? Tried, but no cigar!

Every one who is at all knowledgeable of the music industry thinks that we will get to listen to Ghost Town this week. So tell me, how the hell am I supposed to go to work everyday with only a little bitty phone for company, often with iffy to zero bars for connection. Is there an Zen app for making time fly faster, if only for a few days. For me, a laid-back person by nature, I am pretty excited. I cannot make all the disparate hints about the song coalesce into a single whole sound. So I am prepared to be surprised at least pleasantly if not OMG-ly. Hurry up Ghost Town or this will be me, Abed to Troy in a matter of seconds .....

simondainton 'High Note' - I took this shot of Adam Lambert from stage right, reaching the higher octaves during a rendition of 'Killer Queen' in LA last summer, as part of the Queen + Adam Lambert U.S. Tour. Incredible vocal power and range! http://instagr.am/p/1X4NmEo06O Great picture, but my first reaction was " This wasn't during "Killer Queen." He is not standing during KQ. This is at "Someone toooooooooooooooooooooooooooo love." Does that mean I have watched QAL videos too many times? I am so ready for new music! haha, my reaction as well, and yes we have watched the QAL video's a lot, not too many, cause you can't watch Adam too many times ;o) (as can't quoting this picture ;o)

.... Sophie, thanks so much for your lovely message. Going to see Pasha (if you're a Strictly fan you'll know who I mean) shortly so will get in touch tomorrow. I've never seen Strictly but I am a HUGE Pasha fan! He was on season 3 of So You Think You Can Dance in the U.S. And more importantly, I'VE ACTUALLY HAD A PRIVATE DANCE LESSON FROM PASHA!!!!! His best friend since they were teens was my Latin Dance instructor for a number of years, so I've meet Pasha several times when he was visiting. It was AMAZING and I came out on a total high. He's dancing with Anya Garnis on this tour, his partner in SYTYCD. How exciting that you actually know him - thanks for sharing. Now I get your name! I've only been a fan since NYE and the first time I saw Adam dance was in the compilation video some kind soul had put together of his Idol journey. It was the week when Paula Abdul had them learn a choregraphed routine. I watched that routine about 3 times just to watch his natural rhythm, he was way better than any of the others and has fantastic body control. Are there any videos of you dancing on the net? Would love to see you.

LindaG....you are a hoot! I feel it will definitely be an OMFG-ly type of surprise.
I'm hoping for a 30 sec snippet maybe Mondayish...along with some of the radio reviews. If the whole song hits us all at once before the 20th...I'm afraid my head will explode. I don't remember being this excited for this long for the debut of any Adam song.
ETA: I just realized that tomorrow is Mondayish........This week of foreplay is gonna be so exciting!!!

Maxwell got a ton of great questions to ask Adam but I love this one:
@robyng_24: Out of all the songs on your two previous albums which song would fit on The Original High??

ETA: I just realized that tomorrow is Mondayish........This week of foreplay is gonna be so exciting!!! I agree! I'm more excited this time around, too. I was actually just thinking about that yesterday, and the conclusion I came to is that they are finally doing it right this time. As maddening as the drip, drip, drip of information is, it's also quite effective in building suspense and excitement. For previous releases, it seems that we already had the song memorized before it became available for sale. With "Whattaya Want From Me," we already knew the song because it was the quick second release off the album after the speedy switcharoo from "For Your Entertainment," and then we had that weird release of "BTIKM" off of the Trespassing album. I really hope we don't hear the whole song until right before it's released; I truly think all of this pent up excitement will help spur those first week sales.
