OMG!!! I did something that I never thought to do before and it worked. I go to twitter.com/search?f=realtime&q=%40adamlambert&src=typd to look for tweets about Adam all the time and sometimes I see a tweet from someone who has liked Adam in the past and has no idea that he has any new music coming out. A girl tweeted about how much she missed hearing Adam's music and wanted him to record some new stuff. I followed her name to her twitter page and I tweeted her (using the link on her page) about Adam's new music and included a link to an article about GT. I was so pleasantly surprised when her next tweet appeared shortly after that and it was about how excited she was to find out about Adam's new single and his new album. She has 26thousand followers.

Does any of this matter if the fan lives in Canada? None of the streaming information matters in Canada. Billboard Canada Hot 100 (singles) = Sales + RadioBillboard Canada 200 (albums) = Sales of Albums only. Re: Billboard's Canadian Hot 100, things appeared to have changed recently, according to the following Billboard article, published on December 23, 2014: Billboard's Canadian Hot 100 Now Incorporates Spotify Listening

I am deleting this entire FREE Spotify streaming conversation. It is confusing and really not relevant to most of the members of this forum. The only gap in Spotify is if you use the FREE Spotify application on a device with <7" screen (a phone) -- which is probably 2 people.
The new thread is up and I have already included most of what was being discussed here in that post.
Hopefully it will make sense.

I still need to fix the Canadian streaming information. Which I will do momentarily.

Will Adam call into your show during the day? toby knapp @tkradio · 5m5 minutes ago @ plumcomm @adamlambert we've already talked. The chat is under embargo (Toby's smiley face NOT mine) Another one! WBR is doing such a great job.

Also so not trying to stir things up or confuse anyone. I will communicate with Q3 on anything I find out further.
But I do know that everyone only wants what will help Adam the most!

I don't see bewildered or amused in that picture. I only see steely determination, 'I am moving forward with what I intend to do and you can either come along or I will simply go on without you'. OK. I guess, that's why we played this word game today, didn't we. I cannot image Adam who preaches independence and following your own path expecting or implying that we should all fall in line and keel to his command. That was my whole issue with the word 'heel' and why I had asked what it meant to folks and many responded and clarified. I don't think that Adam wants us to follow like lemmings either. But there is a certain amount of self-recognition and awareness on our part (fandom) that this is at times exactly how we behave, hence a bit of laughter. And I guess, for many of the native speakers, the word 'heel' reflected this rather strange symbiosis. My responses above in cursive. I apologize, I think my comments have came off as criticizing your take on the photo. That was not my intention at all. I loved your word game, it was really interesting to see everyones take on the photo.

I am one of those two people, so I'd really like to know if I can stream on-demand on my 5.5' phone...so, if you or lambertmusic have the info - please post. I also found the conversation useful. I am not sure why you decided to delete it.

Sorry I posted in such large font in my last post.......... I was in a hurry and wanted everybody to have the right date and time. Just to clarify though....... that is when we (except those in the UK apparently) will be able to buy the single. It is very likely we will hear GT before that day. When do you think it will be? I thought the same thing (and took Monday off from work). Did I guess wrong?

I am not sure why you decided to delete it. Because there was a lot of incorrect and confusing information in the conversation. *** There is only one thing you cannot do with the Spotify Free App on a phone -- you cannot select a specific song. You can select an artist, play a playlist or stream Spotify's radio service. If you want to select a specific song with the Spotify Free App on a phone you have to modify your device with an additional application that make Spotify think you are using a device with a 7" screen.
I have tested the application on an Android phone. I need to test it on an iPhone and then I will post instructions in tomorrow's thread.
