19,564 views on youtube already. I'd say its catching on. I LOVE it. IT's stylistic. IT's edgy. I love what they did with Adam's eyes. My 22 year old niece love it. My mother said it was hard on her eyes, but she loves the song anyway.
The video will bring in new fans, without a doubt.
Now if they would just add the damn song to Alberta stations!!!

Happy Birthday alexandrak96, glamfershure4, imrah, mshadows77 and sikkevanderveen!
And a special Happy Birthday to kamar!!!! Re the GT video... I am pretty underwhelmed. Love the black and white theme and love Adam's clothes. That's pretty much it. I don't see something artistic or special about this video. Beautiful ppl with delicous bodies dancing in beautiful clothes to a dancy song - nothing new or innovative there I think. Ghost Town with its lyrics was offering so many great opportunities for the translation into a visible medium and not only the obvious ones like a real ghost town, cowboy theme etc. For me this video is really a missed chance. But these are only my own 2 cents... nonetheless I love ppl flailing about it! All is good... (Oh and SophieB - I hope that they ask for your opinion for the next video to TOH ). I don't understand the american radio system with HAC, adds, spinnings, rotations etc. BUT I see that all those adds seem to be a brilliant thing and I am flailing about this. Everything that Adam ever dreamt of.... YEEHAAAW!

I LOVE it. IT's stylistic. IT's edgy. I love what they did with Adam's eyes. Yup - agree 100% -- I love it for all the same reasons Adam has always known how to combine style and edge in a very attractive package. The video is amazing, the best one he has done yet. Bravo everyone - the stylists, the dancers, the director, the choreographer, and Adam, of course!

Mvs dont always have to be creative or artistic. I think fans have so high expectations for Adam sometimes ridiculous. That they are bound to be dissapointed. But this is imo his best mv to date. Its fun and theyre susposed to be. Its pop, pop is fun. Doesent always have to be introspect and artistic always. Gt is a song about bitter sweet hope. Mv is perfect imo. I know its Adam Lambert. But it aint that deep.

I absolutely LOVE the Ghost Town video---and I'm the odd one who couldn't say that about the first 2 of Adam's videos, {although I did like his TFM one alot.} GT is artistic and current and the black and white photography is eye-catching and mysteriously haunting. Most of all, anyone who watches it, can stare at Adam's beautiful face and listen to THAT voice for the first 15 seconds before being carried off to the land of broken dreams.... What's not to love? I think I'll be watching this one for a very long time. I'm a happy woman tonight!

As augenpoesie already wrote on page 1 ... ... I also don't know much about the US radio-system but I'm sooo happy to read about the high number of adds that GT got in this first week! YAY!!!

CHART SHAKER Adam Lambert unveils music video for his brilliant new single Ghost Town:
5 Stars
With as many moments of pop genius under his belt as he has, It’s a strange thing that Adam Lambert hasn’t really to date experienced the same levels of commercial success as some of his counterparts in the world market. Sure, he has an online following (the Glamberts) that could rival Gaga’s Monsters or 1D’s troops and indeed his last album, 2012’s Trespassing, topped the Billboard 200 in its first week of release but, singles-wise, international levels of commercial success have so far eluded the barrier-pushing pop crusader. That though all looks set to change with the former American Idol contestant’s latest single Ghost Town – a quasi-tormented heartbreak ballad that pits Lambert’s powerful pipes against atmospheric whistles and brooding, building dance beats, paving the way for his upcoming third studio album The Original High.
