Just musing...We know that Adam flourishes in a collaborative environment. I'm wondering if he will get the type of recognition he wants as a song writer because he's not the ONLY writer on so many of his songs? Or, maybe he is where he wants to be on his level of recognition? I know so many songs are written by committee these days for many, many artists. I love Demi Lovato for showing him Twitter love. The more Adam develops his own sound, the less this will be an issue. Initially, it is/may have been an issue to some degree, because nobody knew exactly how he does it, and given that he is not a guitar or piano player, things stay vague. Adam has to verbally translate his intentions or sing a melody, snap fingers, whatever to present where he wants to take a developing song, and you betcha that there will be circles that will use that to discredit him. And Adam always has nay-sayers and haters, so there is that. Just that, the longer Adam's career goes, the less this works. He is too unique an artist to not bypass his critiques, just like he has done in so many other areas of life. a) Lyrically, we all are able to detect adamized lyrics by now. Q3 just posted yesterday about some clear give aways found in Underground. There is to me no question that Adam either writes the lyrics or majorly contributes. b) Ghost Town sounds like many things, but a typical Max Martin track is not one of them. There are imo clearly some lines that can be drawn between the presently known Adam-written or co-written tracks, i.e. from Nirvana to Chokehold to Underground or from Shady to Underground. Both in topics he sings about, as well as harmonic preferences, a set of different stylistic elements seem to emerge. Underground fits this known picture, but Ghost Town opens up a new chapter, so this is just the beginning to something new, which for an opening track is obviously brilliant. This next album is going to fill in the picture a bit further. It's like playing Pictionary. What varies widely so far in Adam's songs, are the rhythmic elements borrowed from different genres. The genres seem to contribute to the atmosphere or feeling Adam wants to create, rather than, that the song is sub-ordinate to the genre. That makes him quite unpredictable and probably a bit disruptive to those who like things neatly placed into boxes. Things are still evolving, but I think that ultimately, the more material is on the market, the less people will complain about his supposedly limited songwriting. He has too unique a style to fit the 'manufactured pop from the conveyor belt' - meme. And those, that continue to complain, will just have to find themselves some other artist. It's as simple as that. c) Adams brilliance as a vocalist creates stand-out vocals, even when the melodic elements are in many ways simple, and Ghost Town is a good example for that. Every song is guaranteed a brilliant performance. This will be a great album, and it will put further distance between him and his critics.

This is the second reminder I think, so presumably it's particularly important: Have no idea how to tag Ghost Town. It plays when I go to the site, but how do I tag it?
