I hope I'm posting correctly and that it's ok to post here. I love LOVE this album-so many songs I truly love!!!! The Original High & The Light, ALN, & There I said It are my favorites. Then I also love Evil in the Night, Lucy, & Rumors, but do wish Adam's voice was more prominent then Tove Lo's. I hope The Original High is next & released soon as a single because it makes so many summer references that it could do awesome this summer. Pissed about how the album is charting on ITunes US POp albums however. As of 2:20am Eastern time zone on Wed. Am, it's not even listed in the top 100 at all-how is that possible?James Taylor, Nate, Hilary are all listed in the top 15, Adam is nowhere on that list-How in the Hell is that possible. What makes no sense is Adam & Hilary each have around 960-970 reviews on ITunes for their albums almost the same & all 5 stars. James Taylor has 130 reviews & Nate has 200 so how are they outselling Adam when clearly more people have bought his on ITunes. Also Adam is getting way better reviews in the media than Nate. Can anyone explain any of this? I don't understand- someone said it was listed as the top 5th album on some chart but I went on ITunes directly & the others albums are there his not even listed in 100. Even if he's 5th I still don't understand how all these people could be selling so much more when they have old have 100 or 200 reviews, that's a huge # less then Adam who's almost at 1,000, seems only Hillary Duff could maybe be higher she has maybe 10 more reviews. The album is awesome but I want Adam to get the respect he deserves for this amazing album. Everyone agrees he's an amazing vocalist so why isn't he # 2 at least!!! Last time it charted well at least was #1 on billboard even though radio didn't play it. This time U.S. Radio is playing it a bit, so why aren't sales way higher. People need to re-discover his music I think, a lot of people, will love it but they have to hear it. Just very frustrated. Somany other countries LOVE & respect him & it's charting well but his own country shits all over him for no reason. It's embarrassing how his own country doesn't back him. Only other theory is someone who updates the iTunes charts hates Adam so they take him out or skew his sales numbers somehow. Make sure you don't have your iTunes set to filter explicit albums. The explicit versions of both the album and Ghost Town are the ones at the top.

I assume everybody's sleeping)) Don't know if there was a "next single guess" game, maybe I missed, just want to suppose that: - the 2nd single will be TOH and it will become a hit much more popular than even WWFM was at the time; - the 3rd will be Rumours, (the one of only two songs I dare to dislike (the other is After Hours) , but it is so made for radio); - the 4th - There I Said It, but with some sort of Radio Edit Mix for make the beginning more, I dunno, fast; - and if the album will be as successful as we want it to be the 5th single will be....errrrmmm, ALN or EITN...but I secretly dreamin' that it will be The Light Now I understand Adam's saying: "There are 4-5 obvious singles", now I understand))) What's your guess?

Only other theory is someone who updates the iTunes charts hates Adam so they take him out or skew his sales numbers somehow. I don't know where you were looking, but I just checked iTunes, and TOH is #5 on the overall U.S. chart, and #3 on the U.S. Pop chart. Why is Adam not at #1? Adam had a large pre-sale on iTunes; the pre-sale is not reflected in his ranking (however, the pre-sale will be included in his 1st week sales total for Billboard ranking). Hilary Duff had no pre-sale, so her iTunes ranking is based on sales starting yesterday. Nate Reuss had a limited pre-sale. Q3 explained this in more detail in yesterday's thread, so you might want to take a look. No one is cheating Adam. If anything, blame the odd way that iTunes treats pre-sales. And note that everyone is affected by this, not just Adam. Really, Adam is doing well. No need to worry. There is no need to worry -- and worrying will not do any good. Adam's album is #5 on iTunes, #4 on Amazon CDs, the #1 new release on BestBuy.com. It's selling. It's doing well. Adam, Nate and James Taylor all had strong presales. > On iTunes Presale: Adam had the highest peak on iTunes of the three artists during pre-sale -- TOH was up to #3 in the US. Nate peaked at #26 during his presale, and had the shortest presale of the three. James Taylor peaked at #13 on presale but had the longest presale. > Hillary Duff had no iTunes presale. > Adam and Nate had significant pre-sale efforts on their fan sites. Adam and Nate both have high profile promo events this week -- Adam on GMA, Nate on The Today Show. Both artists will get a sales boost from that performance. The majority of album sales will be on CD -- not digital -- for all three of these artists. There will be a real battle for the order of the albums this week -- but for a change we can do more than buy CDs. Streaming and track sales count. STREAMING IS GOING TO MATTER THIS WEEK. If 1,500 fans each stream the album once, that is one album sale. I am convinced that Adam has the advantage in fan passion. So even if you can only stream the album a few times, it will add up. And every stream will help!!

My guess -- there will be 2 more singles from TOH. "Ghost Town" is not close to done yet so we have a long wait. 1. The Original High will be the second single. 2. Rumors will the the third single. > TISI will not be a single, even with a radio edit remix. It is not even in the top 1500 selling tracks on iTunes. It will be a fan favorite live in concert. > ALN and TIDS could both be singles as recorded. ALN seems to have some strong appeal in Europe. Pop artists "always" say there are 4 or 5 singles on a album. Adam also said it about his prior two albums.
