Oh Adam..... Have you seen this? NSFW. This is Adam's brother during their visit to Singapore. youtu.be/pwthZnF8iZQHAHA yes I have! It's so funny to see Neil losing sleep because of the vroom-ing engines of the F1 cars, while Adam was (probably) preparing to take the stage at the F1 concert! Love them!

What will it be like?
(NOTE: This is based on past years' countdown events. Not confirmed.) 7pm - Doors open 7:30pm - Performances begin (mostly local acts that you and I don't care about... LOL)
10:30pm - TV broadcast begins About 11pm - Adam takes the stage (about an hour-long set) Close to 12am - All performers (including Adam get on stage), counting down to 2016! 12am - Firework display 12:15am - TV broadccast ends (NOTE: Things may be shuffled this year. Adam may be given a shorter, longer, earlier, later set -- we don't know, we'll see.) Mini-FAQWho's headlining? Adam. Other performers? Just other local acts that you and I don't care about. LOL. Will it be broadcast on TV? Yes. On national TV. Which probably means majority of the nation will be watching. Will it be streamed online? Yes. Size of crowd? Twenty-seven fucking thousand. (That's the capacity of the venue.) Set length? Probably about an hour (Just like previous headliners.) Will it be awesome? No, it will not. (Seriously? What do you think?)Will Adam convert Singapore into a nation of glamberts? I sure hope so. Will you be there? Oh fuck yes. Can I see what the stage/crowd looks like? Sure here's BIGBANG headlining last year: That's a great write up, ghost! And I can't help it, I burst out laughing at that (bolded) line! I don't know whether I'm a typical Singaporean, but truly, I find it hard to swallow a lot of local acts. And presenters. Golly, especially presenters for some reason - they always seem so... overly enthusiastic (putting it politely). Really, really looking forward to this!

And I know Halloween is Adam's (and Q3's) FAVORITE day of the entire year... but I'll be a happy camper when it's done. Gettin' tired of white contacts and vampire fangs. Sigh. Yeah, I'm in my party-pooper mode tonight. Oh no ... poor Seoulmate!!! BTW, did you see that one of the moderators in Houston dressed up as you? LOL!!!

I am so pleased with Adam's NYE gig!! How do you top NYE on the BBC with Queen? -- headline at one of the best NYE events in Asia! Last time/only time I was in Singapore was in 1999 but I had a great time. Very fond memories.

I know, it's partly separation anxiety and partly that I'm still breastfeeding him along with the solids. And really, no one else (not even my hubby or any grandparents) has looked after him for more than half an hour since he was born , and I can't bear to just up and desert him for the whole evening & night. I'll settle for watching Adam on the TV at home this time. Oh, and my hubby jokingly suggested I bring him along to the event. Nope, not even considering it. Not seriously anyway.
