Thought I'd bring over an excerpt from the new book ' The Song Machine: Inside the Hit Factory' by John Seabrook about the prestige of being invited to the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Party... "Clive Davis's annual pre-Grammy party, held at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on the night before the awards, is a ritual unlike any other in show business. It is both a dinner and a floorshow, like the Golden Globes and the Grammys combined. No awards are given; the award is getting invited. The event features the year's biggest musical stars, performing not for their fans but for their peers. In Davis's view, "There is not a more powerful or prestigious audience they will ever appear in front of." (p.221). And Adam performed. Not too shabby

I decided to buy a ticket to the show at the Sands in Bethlehem on Sunday, February 28th. I will rent a car so my daughter can use my car to drive to work. My granddaughter works just a few blocks away so she can walk to work. I just couldn't resist seeing Adam live again and I got a good ticket for $65 dollars. The entire show there is sold out now that I bought the last ticket available from the venue. I feel good about being responsible for selling out Adam's show!!! Of course, there are resale tickets available for the show but it's still sold out as far as ticket sales money goes. That is awesome msloyalfan!!! I will be there as well i am bringing 2 of my three children with me!! and My sister and niece all have never seen adam before. Andrea will not be able to come with us I would have loved that she is currently in an adult hospital now. If you happen to be anywhere near row 24 right side seat 5-11 please come and say hi to me (first name is stephanie) i would love to say hello.

I see what you mean . When you say really great actor, I'm thinking Denzel W, Tom Hank, Jodi Foster, Johnny Depp, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Al Pacino, DeNiro, Mariska Hargitay, etc. all those really great actors that can get into the characters they played and becoming another person. Anthony Hopkins is also a favorite of mine. Leonardo De Caprio!

I am all about the voice. (I may have said that a couple hundred times, right?) But, DAMN! Soft, floppy hair with that light color? Maybe my favorite look yet. And, add a puppy? Gimme, gimme, gimme!Out of town but brought my computer.

www.list.co.uk/article/78660-john-giddings-was-unsure-of-queen-as-isle-of-wight-headliners/John Giddings was unsure of Queen as Isle of Wight headliners Source: Bang Showbiz Date: 18 February 2016 "...Speaking at the NME Awards in London on Wednesday night (17.02.16), he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "The thing about Adam is I was really unsure about booking them. It took them two years to persuade me. But Adam's great isn't he? All the girls love Adam. I kept getting all of these tweets and Facebook messages saying how much they love him. It's incredible. As for Brian May and Rodger Taylor, they are the biggest rock gods you could ever meet in your life. They are like Genesis; they are like Pink Floyd. They know the story, they've been through it." more...
