So I've watched all the fabulous vids so far posted from Vegas and am now amusing myself deciding on my concert outfits. Wanted to capture the hilarious moment when I debated not "does my bum look big in this?" but rather "do my incontinence pants show in this?!!!!"
LOL....Ann you're a hoot! Been there, done that. Always good to have a long overtop. lol And NO, your butt/bum doesn't look fat at all...lol. In fact I'm thinking you're most likely a "Skinny Bitch"....my fav term of endearment.

Good Morning from Las Vegas!
Too early to make noise while my 'kindred spirit' Adam roommate still sleeps, so I'll type away and share a few impressions of last nite - and the last two days. I have two more shows to go, too . . . then it will be time to collapse in that proverbial 'pool of abdul'.
Saying Adam is simply sensational just isn't enough. I think if I put all the twitter comments together they come close to describing his pure, soaring, god-given but self-honed talent, his fierceness, as well as his inner & outer beauty, and the love & joy he brings to the stage and gives to us. The words of "Welcome to the Show" fit Las Vegas so perfectly. Like the last piece of a complicated puzzle that completes the scene. "I'm going to let you . . . in" . I bet every person in the packed Foundry showroom felt, at some point, that AFL looked into their eyes and sang to them.
We arrived in Las Vegas just after noon and checked into the SLS Hotel. Newly renovated and very hip. Checked out the venue where there was already a line for GA. A few hours later, along with my brother & his wife (both Adam virgins who came in to town from Utah) we walked by again on our way to a restaurant where we had dinner reservations. It was barely 5:30 but there were long lines - especially for 'VIP2' which queued down a narrow hallway. By 7:15, when my ticket instruction sheet said to be there, the entrance was packed, and the crowd extended onto the casino floor. With the exception of little kids, every unique aspect of the human palette was represented. Happy crowd!
The M&G line snaked around the perimeter. We were given the drill - put bags down, walk around screen, greet Adam, take photo, and leave. This wasn't going to be more than a 10-second encounter. The line moved into a narrow stairwell; and as we progressed, the 'first in line', who were done with their photo-op, came back down the stairs to one side. A few were wiping tears, and several talked excitedly about how beautiful Adam looked WITHOUT wearing a baseball cap! The stairs were a tight fit; then, through a side door, in came Terrance and Adam Ross with what looked like a bag of take-out meals. The wave of humanity parted as they pranced by us.
I can't imagine anyone other than Adam being able to 'connect' with each adoring stranger for five seconds. But he did. It was an out-of-body five seconds. I can't bear to look at my picture because I can't remember it being taken. I prefer to dwell in the dream moment when he took my hands and actually spoke words to me. Each time is a 'first time' - the Original High, indeed.
I stood right next to the Glambert who fainted just before the show began. We had already been packed like sardines for over an hour, and were in-between sets, waiting for Adam to take the stage. Happy to say, she was able to return and stood with the rest of us for the entire show - a real trooper!
I noticed a red mic and stand placed on the stage just before the lights went down. "Hmmmm", I thought. "Adam's white mic must not be working." Well, you know the rest! Out he came, like a red warrior conquerer, and we were captured and enraptured. The happiest prisoners he would ever take.
Adam drank and wiped his brow after almost every song. He's added some little 'unh's' to lyrics & phrases in some songs . . . like the 'unh's' in WTTS; and I find this little vocal affectation very effective and sexy! I wore earplugs thru the show, which was probably a good idea since a speaker was right in front of me. Won't do it again, tho. It diminished the overall "POW" of the experience for me - so tonite it will be full volume, and I'll just have to accept the next-day ringing in my ears. When Adam asked the crowd "Who's been to more than ten shows?" nearly everyone in my neck of the woods responded - and he said something like "I love my Glamberts!". . . then we wondered why he stopped at ten!
After the show we met a couple at the elevator who had just returned from seeing Carrie Underwood at the fairgrounds across the road. "She was really great", they said, "but we left early because after a while she gets to be a little boring." Boy! What a comparison to the performance I'd just seen!
Comments from the 2 Adam virgins - my bro & wife from Utah - included "I wish Adam had danced more; he has some great moves" (bro); and "if he smiled at me one more time I was going to pass out!" (SIL). SIL thought his voice tone sounded higher than what she's listened to . . . I wonder if there was a little chipmunk effect in the venue. They stood along a rail to the right of center, about halfway up.
We'll be flying back to LA in a few hours. This saga continues! Haven't seen other Adamtopians yet - - - hope that will change tonite! BTW, my friend and I hiked the entire loop of Runyan Canyon the day we arrived. Sun was setting in a pink & blue sky; and the city lights were brilliant as they began to illuminate the night. The view and my anticipation for these three TOH shows fueled me as we made our way down the steepest part of the trail in the dark. I wondered where I would have been, at that moment, had an 'alien from Planet Fierce' not changed my DNA and made me an adventurer?
