"I ain't got bs in my bag so I'm gonna tell you to stop taping the fucking show" - that's what I hear Yes, but there must have been an earlier exchange based on the immediate tweets where he commented about the front row. This whole thing puts a new light on Adam's comment in that short interview in Russia where he says he's sorry if some people couldn't make it to the show, but it would probably be up on YouTube, and then he makes a goofy face... I'd sure hate to not see any videos of shows, since I can't get to any of them, but seeing a sea of phones, both from the stage and from the point of view of an audience member trying to see the show through a forest of arms and phone screens, must be really annoying.

I did not find it to be very annoying to my experience at these concerts but I think it must be strange for Adam and other performers to see all those phones in the air.

Without people filming Adam's concerts there would be no periscopes for us to watch. I haven't personally seen one post saying that someone refuses to watch periscopes because they feel so strongly that people shouldn't be filming the concerts. Maybe some people feel that way and haven't shared it, I can't know that.
I have seen Adam live, and did not film. I don't know if I could have, he is pretty compelling when he is right in front of you.
But I have seen many many thank you 's on this board to the people who periscope. And I remain grateful to them.
All those phones in the air that are being discussed? One of them is giving you that live feed to watch the performance.

I think.the issue is not ppl shouldn't video ADAMS shows. Of course ppl appreciate ppl who do. But Adams pov.

On all this stuff about M&G's and taking videos...just my opinion here...but I think everyone should have the right to enjoy and stan AFL in a way that makes them feel comfortable, happy, alive, joyful and , of course, FABULOUS!!

I am sorry bamafan but I have to agree with ljsmack on this....this fandom likes to consider itself a caring and sharing glamily but grabbing the front row time after time after time is neither sharing nor caring. The front row is a zero-sum game. If the experience really is just about being either the richest or pushiest [it takes a whack load of money to travel to multiple shows and be free to spend hours waiting in a queue] then that that is all those positions mean....which is how the world goes. But it does not allow for the caring and sharing label. .... that is just a cake and eat it situation... Many of us are short fat-assed women who just have to make do...that is no excuse...the pics and vids are a better one, but they are not always the best from the front row. I could care less about the m&g's personally...to me, they mean nothing when it is a 10 second cattle call, ...it is that/those front 3 rows that perhaps should not be a part of the M&G process/ package I respect your point of view. I just see it a little differently. I was just disagreeing with him saying "taking away from the local fans" part., like they stole them unfairly. If Adam wants locals to have an advantage...it's his show and his income, etc.......then the packages and ticket sales and photo ops should be structured that way for the next tour. Maybe he should just give away the M&Gs like in Russia and put them across the front row of a GA floor. New faces on front at each show....repeat offenders bumped to the second row....lol. There's always gonna be winners and losers and those who are happy and those who are not. Anyway, doubt anything will change for the rest of this tour. Don't know what set him off tonite....maybe a combo of maximum repeat offenders of which some had their cameras up all thruout. I kindof have to agree with Bamafan on this one -- Adam could reserve the front row and select people to be there. BUT without those VIP packages, this tour is not financially sensible. In some parts of the world (like central Canada), they have a local residents only presale. It solves the problem. Locals get first shot, then the rest of the world can buy tickets. It is not all bad. The expensive M&G, non-transferable tickets keeps the tickets out of brokers' hands but it also means that only people who are really committed and have a lot of money to spend get them. I understand the issue, but this tour is much better than what happened with the QAL tickets at some venues -- where brokers got almost all the great seats and sold them for > US$1,000. Or the Comcast execs who had second row QAL tickets in Philadelphia who did not even like Queen and had no idea who Adam was. (I was unfortunately next to them. And I have not forgotten!)

Well, I said this before when it came up - I don't feel owed seeing vids of Adam's shows, just like I don't feel that someone should be taping "Hamilton" for me. I can see the pros and cons of it for performing artists. I just don't really feel gratitude, like many here do, to people who choose to vid Adam - I'm sorry, I don't :/. It's fine with me if the TALC group or whoever chooses to tape every single show, but if they just go and watch the show that's fine with me too, especially if that's what Adam would prefer. But,really, I think that Adam just would like the whole front row to not be putting filming him ahead of experiencing the show. I think that might be what it is feeling like to him and why he is saying a few things.
