Review of Brussels: twitter.com/Classic21/status/743805712711618560Classic 21 @classic21 Retour sur le formidable concert de #Queen + #AdamLambert au @palais12 ! Vous y étiez? Vous avez aimé? www.rtbf.be/classic21/article_queen-adam-lambert-au-palais-12?id=9329249 … #Palais12 Google translate: QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT AT THE PALAIS 12 Tour "best of" with the excellent Adam Lambert on vocals. Two wonderful hours to celebrate the unique imprint of this legendary band! The history of music is shaped by dozens of large groups. And among these, there is still a higher category that is often called "legends of groups." For timeless tubes they leave in the collective unconscious. But also for the influence they have had on the very evolution of this art. When you think about it, Britain has provided more than its share. Besides the Beatles, Stones and Bowie often cited, the Queen still active members reminded us Wednesday night how they deserved their place in this very short list! Dare come back with a new singer to interpret the greatest hits of Queen, Brian May and Roger Taylor, guitarist and drummer for the first time, had already tried it with Paul Rodgers ago ten years. They returned here with American Adam Lambert, with whom they turn since 2012. No concrete new disc project (as was the case with Paul Rodgers) and, of course, no intention of replacing Freddie Mercury in the heart of the fans . Just the desire to chain tubes and commune with them music of Queen. A nice AdamThe role of Adam Lambert is necessarily hyper breaks mouth, but he seduced us immediately. Not especially by the tone of his voice, sometimes too high-pitched, but for everything else: his composure, his energy, his theatrical side and his voice completely assumed a power to the challenge. With his dark glasses, costumes of feathers or colorful shirts, he made the show, was swaying on "Crazy little thing called love" or "Killer Queen". It impresses on "Under pressure" (the rhythmic instantly reminds us of the "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice) or "I want to break free". But it is in most sensitive times less rock, we touch the heart, "Do not stop my now", "Somebody to Love" (recorded the duet with George Michael is etched forever in our memory) "Love of my life" moving great and, of course, "Bohemian Rhapsody" absolute gem recalling the melodic originality of the group. Come on, Freddie, sing with us!The spirit of Freddie Mercury permanently hangs over the Heysel. His body, his talent, will sometimes invite in the show through video overlays perfectly matched the best effect. Bryan May and Roger Taylor, backed by his son on percussion, are themselves there and show how they always have the music and legacy of Queen pegged at heart. See such musicians on stage is a privilege and the formula with Lambert is a great way to make known to the younger group, directory, but also a musically rich so much time!

Not me. I am happily done. One beautiful photo with him was all I wanted I will continue to pay for the best seats though! Best seats...priority one! Love the venues with seats! I am totally fine with Platinum seats, no M&G's, no bag of stuff. I would like to get a great seat and maybe a beautiful program and/or poster. I really do not want hats, water bottles, t's and so on.

Q3 - the OP lists Moscow as a rumored concert - I think you can take it off. The said date was supposed to be Sept 14th but the promoter pulled out appearantly for financial reasons...details here: adamtopia.com/post/761743 Thanks for the update. I was not optimistic about this one because all the rumors I knew were from the promoter vs. Queen sources. And for a non-Russian speaker like me, hard to sort out. Shanghai is rumored to be September 26. adamtopia.com/post/762492/thread

Augenpoesie, your Rock the Ring poster is lovely. I have always appreciated the use of muted misty color in your photography and art and I can't help but think that the absence in this poster is a tribute for the Orlando tragedy. It is a beautiful poster with a touch of sadness.
