At first I thought "if they're only gonna stay in Israel for 3 days, that must mean they have another gig between Sep. 12 in Israel and Sep. 17 in Singapore". But then I checked flights from Israel to Singapore (checking flights seems to be the national sport of Lambertland) and realized there are no direct flights and the stop is usually very long, so just getting to Singapore would take about a day. And keeping in mind that they're traveling east and losing time, and they also probably don't want to get there in the last minute, I'm fairly certain that they have nothing between these two gigs. I agree, there is probably nothing between these two dates. My guess is that they scheduled Israel after they accepted Singapore and that set the Israel date. They do still have room later in the schedule for 1 or 2 more concerts. And we are still missing at least 1 Asia concert. Queen promised 2 more dates in Asia would be announced and have only announced 1.

OK, I just watched the entertainment news item about QAL, and it was pretty long. Let's see what I remember: During the teaser, Dana (the interviewer) said it was one of the best if not THE best concert she's ever seen. The item starts with the narrator saying that when the dude hits the stage, he knows that the burden of proof is on him. Everybody keeps reminding him of that. He isn't Freddie, but there is no more Freddie. Exactly 30 years ago Freddie performed for the last time, in front of 150,000 people. Then he started deteriorating, and eventually left an excellent band with strong songs and a huge hole. Until that guy showed up in a talent show (show Adam's AI audition). Brian tells that he received an email from a friend in LA saying he's got to see that guy, and they watched his BR audition and thought "what an amazing voice". Today (the narrator says) they scorch arenas around the world. The band was active when Adam was not yet even in the planning, neither were reality talent shows, but these songs now live on. Then Brian and Adam talk about how Freddie wasn't closeted, but no one believed him when he said he was gay. Brian said that Freddie was like Elvis, and even when the girls realized that he was gay, they didn't care. Adam said he considers Freddie a gay icon, and is proud to carry on his legacy. Then they said Adam is Jewish, and showed a bit of him singing Song for Peace. Dana can't believe Adam doesn't speak Hebrew, and says something in Hebrew to make sure she can talk about him behind his back (she just says "this leopard shirt though"...). Then she teaches Brian to say "curls" in Hebrew. Then the interview is over, but Dana tells the host in the studio that she and friends sat in the hotel bar after the show, when Brian passed through. They got him to sit with them. He told Dana that he's got 3 cats, but one doesn't get along with the other two, so he separated them and put the one in another house (how many has he got?). They now got each other's emails, and she invited him to a meal at her mother's... The whole item showed a lot of bits from the show, and even Adam in white, from Rio maybe.

Good ear! It is one of the lowest notes we have heard from him. A B2. When he sings Runnin live, during the second verse the third "down" is a note lower, an A2. Any note with a 2 after it is extremely low for his voice type. THank you, cassie! I also thought it was A2 but was afraid to write as I don't trust myself with sound IDing...WOW! HE REALLY WENT THAT LOW AND IT WAS GORGEOUS! Yes, I noticed that low note yesterday while listening to the stream. I love that part of the show! I wonder if anyone has put a youtube video together of all the bits of Adam vocalizing with Brian.
