OK I'm sure I will be called sexist with this statement. But he is a man and according to him, a grown ass one. Men with few exceptions are crude with each other. There is a group personality, and a one with all men and anything in between. Gestures and vocabulary differ between each. I'm very sure the Adam seen in a club would be more crass and I think he uses some gestures, costumes (D&M necklace anyone) to create a persona on stage. The tongue and v fingers? Not sure he would ever use it in real life. I think it is a male to female thing? Or am I wrong? Now to be perfectly fair women do the same thing. How we talk to our girlfriends alone, in groups or in mixed company can be and is different. I'm not sure that women use as many rude gestures as men, but they use them. However after some discussions we have had on here about cultural differences I think I'll keep my hands in my pockets. Yes, the tongue and v fingers is a gesture representing cunnilingus which could be male on female or female on female, either one, which I thought made sharka's digital art kind of hilarious. The look of horror she displayed on his face was, well, funny in context. Did she mean it that way, who knows. Anyway, it is just one of the many sexual gestures he uses and for him, he could actually be accused of cultural appropriation ... and I am laughing my ass off when I say that, unless of course someone takes that seriously, then I take it all back.

Facebook's Terms of Service have always stated that a Facebook page must be a real identity. Many people ignore that but Facebook does either through random checks or in response to reports routinely ask for verification or sometimes will lock out pages. I guess you never saw any of the articles that got posted here at one point where a bunch of drag queens protested being locked out of their pages that used their stage names. There has been ongoing protests on this issue as in some cases people could have safety reasons for not wanting their real id linked to a Facebook page but Facebook has not relented. In case you didn't realize one of Facebook's advertising points is that Facebook user's are not anonymous but linked to real people. Google it and I'm sure you will come up with loads of articles about it. They have ALWAYS from the very outset insisted that users not be anonymous but unless you get caught in a random check or someone reports your page it is basically an honor system. How can they possibly require an ID? In what form? How would anyone agree to that in today's world of id thefts? I just recently had to provide ID to Paypal and I have several accounts there. I haven't created a fan facebook account because Atop takes up all my time. I do have pages for that I've created for several business interests though. I can post as them on other peoples sites so maybe that's how to keep things seperate. Save

It's also very heavy metal, rock and roll. That's where I first saw that particular gesture.

Also can we please put that gesture in the context of the song (Tie Your Mother Down) which is about a boy "boilin' up inside" who is preparing for a night of hot sex with his little schoolbabe. Then he complains he is being misunderstood by her parents because he is "just a peace lovin' guy". At this point Adam made the peace sign illustrating that line, and then turned it around and basically illustrated the rest of the song... I wasn't crazy about it myself (and I am a hetero male), but taken in context it is very rock&roll, and possibly RHPS-worthy.

I don't know any more specifics than that because my real name is on my page and I've never been challenged on it. I presume that they specified what id was required in the message they sent to stardust when they locked her page.

I can see Paypal wanting to confirm your identity - it provides financial services and interacts with other financial institutions on your behalf...FB is a totally different animal...
