Adam singing Summertime on snapchat! Goosebumps! Adam Lambert Pics @adamlambert_pic My rip: 2016-07-14 Adam Lambert on Snapchat 'Summertime' (7 snaps) - Flipped youtu.be/J1tFn6kuATA | DL 640p bit.ly/29ygm0t I guess Adam gets in touch with his feminine side here (all those pink and flowery) Adam could put together a collection of musical theater classics like this one and enchant everyone who hears it. His voice is so rich, so sublime, so pure. I bet he'll do theater again at some point in his career. WHAT A VOICE!. And the flowers are nice, too.

This is soooo difficult. And I think I need a few more smart folks to give their opinions before I know what to do. You see, I was completely in kryptoman68's camp. Agreed completely with what he said. And then you, skaschep, laid it out like this, and you;ve got so much to back it up with, that it seems I should be doing what you say. SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!! Kryptoman's comments seem completely valid. You're comments also seem valid. Now what? I need a few more comments before I can decide what to do! Help me, somebody, please. PLEASE. JUST DO IT!!!!! If you want to of course, lol, because if it helps Adam, that's all that matters. He doesn't have the fan base that some of these singers have like Taylor, Katy etc! He wants his songs on the radio, we want his songs on the radio. If streaming, viewing helps, why not!

He wants his songs on the radio, we want his songs on the radio. If streaming, viewing helps, why not!The song is only a few minutes long if you watched the video 10 times throughout the day.. how much time is that? We have had this conversation many times before with each song Adam puts out .. I have never understood why It's such a big deal.. If you want to hear Adam on radio ,etc.. you play his music to get others including radio interested.. If It's not your thing don't do it... I watch because i love to see the interest for Adam's music climb.. success breeds success. the better the numbers the more folks are interested in hearing it..just kind of makes sense..now at 793,851 views.. 800,000 very near. www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuuNtD-xmhd3rF9Mgsul7Rf_1zmGxABUz Hopefully we can get to 1 million by Sunday night.. Cali. time.. that would be sooo great.. nite ,nite.. been sick for 2 days ,so I'm going to bed..

I understand your POV kryptoman68 and I think we all wish that his video's view counts are going up because of non-fans watching the video. I must say that a lot of non-fans are tweeting out about the video already and that is very nice to see. So they are watching. 1 view by 100 people is better than 100 views by 1 person in that case. However you have to reach a certain amount of streams or views to get noticed. Fans can play a part in this and fans from all artists do this and are highly successful with it. Justin Bieber doesn't get to 100 million because 100 million people are watching his MV's. It's mostly because his fans are viewing his video's tons of times. High view amounts get songs in charts though and also played on the radio. The perfect example of fan action maybe was when GT was close to making it into the top 50 in the world on Spotify last year. It was hovering for quite some time between position 50-60 during most of August 2015. It was struggling to get into the top 50 and spend 9 days on #51 and then it started dropping again by the end of August. It dropped to #60 by September 1st. Around that time I tweeted out to fans to help push GT into the top 50. It got tweeted all over the world and by September 6th GT was #49. Being in that top 50 sped things up and 10 days later GT was #37! It stayed in that top 50 until October 14th and I do believe that helped the song a lot! If it wouldn't have gotten into that top 50 then it's lifespan would have been much shorter and maybe it wouldn't even have gotten to Gold status in the US. The peak in streams for the US was September 18th with 187k streams that day alone. All I'm saying is that you can make a difference as a fan. Especially when a new song is dropped. Radio watches streams and views. If they don't see enough streams they won't play it. I think the Fifth Harmony fans are masters of streaming the songs tons and tons of times and so getting the songs to radio. Those songs aren't that special, but they get noticed because they get streamed a lot and then more people see it and it speeds up further. By now they reached a certain mass in fans and people who know them that it almost goes without effort. I am very sure WTTS didn't make it on the radio in the Netherlands because fans in the Netherlands didn't stream it enough. There were around 4,500 people in the HMH in April. If all those people stream his song 10 times per day it will get into the Spotify top 50 and it will be played on radio. GT didn't need that. It was noticed right away by some radio dj's here and spread like wildfire after that. It also went viral on Spotify right from the start in the Netherlands. That song was so good and catchy. You don't need to stream 24/7, but what you can do is play his songs at least a couple to 10 times a day. If all his fans do that his songs will get onto charts and lists and non-fans will notice it and they will play it as well. If his songs don't make it onto those lists those non-fans won't even know it's there and they won't play it. Share and spread out! PLEASE. I agree with Skaschep - stream as and when you can. It certainly won't preclude or deter casual streamers, in fact it'll encourage more. I see no case for holding back, I'm baffled as to why a fandom would even consider doing so.

Melliemom, please understand I am not being confrontational here, just sharing my thoughts: I have a peculiar POV when it comes to the view counts. I would prefer natural increases due to non-fans watching the video casually or because they like it. If he does not get a million hits in a week, it simply means that's how much interest there is in the video, nothing more, nothing less. If 100 fans try to play the video non-stop, YouTube will remove most of those views anyway, but even if they would succeed, the higher number would mean he has a few dedicated fans, not a large following. When GT gets millions of streams, it is because people love the song. A few weeks ago I was in a meeting with the president of our company. His phone rang, and guess what his ring tone was? Are we trying to show the world how popular he is by his view numbers, or are we trying to understand from the numbers how popular a song actually is? Agree and I have the same opinion on polls voting. Guess I'm getting relax in my staning Polls are not the same as YT views or streams like Spotify though. Polls are so that site can get hits, it mostly benefits that site & their advertisers. YT and Spotify have direct benefits for the artists and labels in terms of both money and official certifications. And, as Skaschep so eloquently posted above, high views can influence many things for a particular song, radio being one of them. My advice would be "do what you can."

Wonder if there's any chance Adam might go to the SanDiego ComicCon for RHPS? Getting ready for Comic Con is my guess for his new "look" in those 2 IGs!

Yes, I'm just hearing about this. 10 mins ago, it was 10 people, it's already risen... So glad to see that you are safe, freadydeaky! I immediately thought of you when I heard of that horrible attack! Now they are already talking about over 70 people who were killed by the truck!

I must admit that my streaming enthusiasm decreased a bit after GT, partially because I got distracted and lazy. The Q&A stadium tour and the constant anticipation of new concert videos sure didn't help either (haha), but I did remind myself this morning once again to treat each single with the same dedication as I usually treat the first single of a new era. Adam deserves it. I'm back on YT and Spotify in full force and I much rather neglect the many silly polls out there.
