I have no idea whose shoot she is talking about. I'm guessing maybe Brittney. Shosh is in LA right now and Brittney just launched a new song.

This was still the best I've ever seen of Adam in concert ,live---and I've seen my share since way back following the Idol days. Something about that smokey lighting in the room that night, the freaky soft desert rain outside, the intimate gathering waiting for him to come on the stage. And of course when he first appeared, dressed all in white. {Don't know why, but my DH always seems to notice him first, and whispers to me,"There he is!"} Maybe because my brain gets all foggy with heightened anticipation that my senses can hardly take it all in.... Anyway, when the first chords of Wicked Game were heard, i knew this would be a night to remember, and that is an understatement. When the violence and hatred in this troubled world erupt around us as it has, once again, I find JOY and solace in Adam's beautiful heart and voice. Thank you, skaschep, for bringing back the memory of this sweet and enchanting night. You are very welcome Lorraine! I needed some comfort after the news of Turkey became clear and when 4EverAdam posted about Morongo I had to think of this. I'm sad that our world seems to fall into pieces at the moment. I do hope that people come to their senses very soon because we need some stability in this world. People really should read that message that Adam wrote for WTTS. We are all humans dammit! And because someone asked for it here is that message again: "Welcome To The Show is an anthem about facing exactly who you are and OWNING it. Its intended as a mantra to inspire strength and PRIDE. After recording the song a few months ago, I felt very compelled to create a video to further communicate it’s meaning.
I notice such diversity in my audiences when I’m on tour: Young, old, male, female, Trans, Gay, Straight, White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, and every beautiful in-between. The common bond is that they are all HUMAN BEINGS. No matter how we identify, the human heart has a universal set of emotions and needs. Sure it’s idealistic, but couldn’t we be recognizing our similarities, instead of our differences? It all comes down to Identity. We as a society are obsessed with how to classify and define each person. There are new labels invented monthly for how to describe new “types”. In some cases, these labels are needed to empower us and give us clarity, but it seems that at some point, all the categorizing can become quite divisive. I’ve seen so many people trapped by the identity they put so much effort into maintaining, or shunned by choosing not to. I have fallen into that trap myself. True Individuality seems daunting in our age of social media popularity contests. Sometimes it’s terrifying to face your true, whole self, stripped of any pretense. The good, the bad, the cracks, and the scars. I am no stranger to the feeling of not liking myself. Once I get past my own body image issues, I realize that I sometimes also neglect my own spirit. Living in a world filled with so much hatred sometimes makes cultivating self-love a very difficult task. I have always struggled with this as I’m sure many of you have. My path is a kind of paradox in that I get to share my craft with the world, but also be willing to throw myself to the wolves. To dare to be different, but still wanting to be accepted. There is vast beauty to be found in life’s contradictions. This non-binary reality allows us to lead happy, expressive lives, and yet this very freedom comes with great risks. I’m not alone in this limbo. Through my art, I pledge to bring empathy and courage to anyone who has been made to feel unworthy or ashamed while daring to be themselves.
This is the first time I’ve produced my own music video. With the help of my friend and long- time collaborator Lee Cherry, we set out to co-direct something notably honest. I spoke with Laleh (the brilliant songwriter who is featured on the song) and we agreed on the vulnerability we wanted captured on screen. I think the more we as artists share ourselves openly, the more someone out there may feel inspired to do the same. I also felt a strong feeling of empowerment in creating this video independent of the label system. It was time to shoot this one on my own. This video isn’t about selling a song, or product placement, or racking up viral views. This is intended simply as a creative expression. What resulted on set came from a very free and organic headspace that allowed me to connect with the camera as if it were each person who’s supported me over the last 7 years. This video is a thank you to all of you who have lined up to see the Original High World Tour. To everyone who has listened and shared my songs and given me the purpose to keep moving forward. It’s a thank you to all of you who choose to accept and Love who YOU are! We hold each other up! I want you to keep celebrating exactly who you are, even if you don’t fit into the worlds ideas of what they think you should be. Take your flaws in stride, nurture your talents, take pride in your Queerness, and share all the love you have." — Adam Lambert

I guess Adam wants us to rest while he is taking some time off. He needs to do groceries shopping don't you think? OK whose turn was it to stake out the Whole Foods?

Whats this exclusive that Shoshanna keeps talking about? this song needs to be on US radio, but I'm afraid its going the Lay Me Down Route. I do like that Katy song….. I think you misunderstand what Shoshanna said regarding exclusive. When Adam released the WTTS video, the video was not made public yet in youtube.com, because one online media (I forgot the name of the media) has the exclusive right of the video for certain period. We supposed to watch the WTTS video using the link provided on the press release. On another note, Lay Me Down is not Adam's song. I guess some fans keep forget about that fact.

Dang, I was hoping but not really expecting that WTTS would pop up in Olympics coverage. Maybe because it was already used for the NHL it was too "old." I try to do my part for the video, playing it at least 2-3 times a day, usually muted so DH doesn't hear it, haha. I can't be an "obsessed" fan! It's hard not to hope right? I learned not to hope anymore, it happens when it happens and it will be a very nice surprise for us.

I don't want to be a "know it all" but somewhere a while ago I read that a video doesn't "count" if it's played totally muted. So I always turn the volume down to the very low. Would love more accurate info though.

Would love more accurate info though. I keep the volume up about half way on YouTube and Spotify and then I mute (or turn way down) my computer volume. I assume they know if you have the YT or Spotify volume muted but could they possibly know what's going on with your computer volume? I assume not.
