what's wrong with having sheers?????? obviously Im out of touch...please enlighten me! IMO, not a thing in the world. With a wall of windows, that sheer curtain maintains a bit of privacy without blocking the light or the view. Agree! Privacy + view! And in the SC he did of waking up, in the bedroom he has sheers with remote control blackout drapes over them!

My favorite thing from the Olympics was the US Women's Gymnastics Team. Me too. And I really like watching the Sand Volleyball matches. Everyone seems to have a good time and they play lots of music. Kind of a party atmosphere!.

Would have thought he'd go for a more clean look such as simple roller-type blinds Given Adams fashion forward instincts I would venture shears being quite in style very shortly!!

IMO, Rihanna was great with her medley of "Stay" and "Love on the Brain." Very emotional performance. Nice break from all the other sameness. She is a worldwide superstar with lots of hits and radio play but I like her more moving style better than the dancing and lip syncing. Would love to one day see Adam on one of the award shows and bringing down the house as he did at the EMAs, Iheart Festival, and Girl Crush (with his own material tho).

Wow! A picture I have never seen. From here: www.squigsonline.com/squigsknowshislines/2015/3/9/railroad-tiesAn American Idol.
Another person making the leap as a non-Equity actor into Los Angeles theatre from the happy stages of San Diego County was Adam Lambert. He was playing a Porter (the tenor) at Reprise. This was well before American Idol and his current successes. I had shared the stage with Adam a few times at the Moonlight Amphitheatre in Vista, CA, the last of which was their 2000 production of Grease which featured Adam as Doody and yours truly as Roger. (You should hear our "Rock & Roll Party Queen.") In 2003, Adam had moved to North Hollywood with some other mutual friends, and they graciously let me crash on their couch during the run so I could cut my commute down a bit. I remember sitting at the living room table, drawing my closing night gift illustration and listening to Adam while he sang in the bathroom. The range and riffs were like nothing I had heard come from him, and I wondered if he would ever do something with that part of his abilities. Well, it looks like he did just that. The caption for above is: Adam and I n "Babette." Facial recognition peeps. Later in the same blog he posted this pic. Is this Adam 2nd from the right? - The cast and creatives of Reprise's 2003 production of On the 20th Century. (Squigs - blog author is sitting front left - he's also the illustrator for Broadway.com) SaveSave

No offense intended, but I am surprised Britney even knows who Adam is hahaha. This was one of the strangest celebrity stories I read back in 2012. At the Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy party (the night Whitney Houston died), Adam was at the same table as Brittney. After the evening Shoshanna who represents both of them supposedly asked Adam "Did you talk to Brittney" and he said "No, I thought should would not know who I was". Funnily enough, when Shosh asked Brittney the same question, she gave the same answer! As if there is anyone out there who does not know who she is (for good or for bad)... If that story is true, then it illustrates that celebrities are just people, with their own insecurities.
