I usually check my Twitter feed for Adam news, but as you all know, lately it is 95% elections stuff... I can't stand it any more ...still 2 months of this nightmare to live through... ...I don't watch TV, I don't listen to radio, I don't read any print news media, I don't open any web news pages any more...i.e. avoid it all at all costs...so, now I have to give up Twitter as well...which means you, my friends, are going to be the only source of Adam info...so please, please post as much as possible and as often as possible...

Without researching this -- I think it is pretty common for Queen + AL to have a slow ramp up. A couple that come to mind... They arrived in the US well before the US Tour kicked off in 2014. Burbank then a long break before Chicago tour opening when they did some additional rehearsals. At the beginning of the AU leg they had a 5-day break from Asia, 1 concert and then a 3 day break. Chiba 8/17/14, Perth 8/22/14, Sydney 8/26/14. **** Related question -- I believe this is Adam's first time in Israel so I am glad he has a few days. For US, the rehearsals were in Marina Del Rey before Burbank. It was where they did their full dress rehearsals before 2014 tour. They have not rehearsed that long since! Chicago was only 3 days after Burbank! Burbank the 16th, Chicago the 19th! We only have a few Tour leg starts and each of the Q+AL Tour starts seems a bit different to me based on the nature of the situation and the events involved. 2014-2015 QAL Tour -- NA tour kick off - UK rehearsals, US dress rehearsals, Burbank promo concert June 16, 2014 , June 19, 2014 Chicago concert - official tour start. [They moved the set from LA before the Burbank show. They just kept part of the sound system and instruments in Burbank.] Asia leg - August 14, 2014 Seoul, Korea start - 3 concerts, ended on August 17, 2014 Oceania leg - August 22, 2014 Perth, August 26, 2014 Sydney -- so they had one concert in 9 days and they has a long-ish break in Australia. Perth and Sydney are over 2,000 miles apart - so they needed some extra time to move the set and equipment. Europe - rehearsals and base for the beginning of tour was London. Concerts June 13, 14, 17, 18 and so on. No long break but they were in London most of the time. South America - 9/16/15 Sao Paulo Brazil, 9/18/15 RIR 30 years, 9/21/15 Porto Alegre. 2016 - Summer Festival Tour - kick off with RIR Lisbon 6/20/16, next concert was 6/22/16 -- not a long break but there were some long breaks during the tour. 2016 Asia Tour (plus Israel) September 12, 2016 Queen + Adam Lambert, Tel Aviv, Israel First Queen concert in Israel. September 17, 2016 Queen + Adam Lambert, Grand Prix, Singapore They have three days in Israel, but they have to move the set and equipment about 5,000 miles.
