I am now thinking Spring 2018.... No, no, no! Please not 2018! He can't possibly wait that long! I am firming holding onto hope that it will 2016. My stupid typing. I meant 2017, of course, not 2016. I really hope we don't have to wait until 2018 for new music. Unless of course he winds of doing some acting gig or something. Sounds like he is starting the process for album 4 so I'm not too worried.

The thing that strikes me about this performance is that Adam got up there and owned it. In the past if he sang a duet he would be so generous and seemed to really make the other singer shine. That goes back even to American Idol duets. While that was really sweet and shows his generous nature, a big part of me would be saying, "Come on, Adam, show 'em how it's done!" Girl Crush was a shift, I think, and Laleh was great because she could hold her own with him and it freed him up to shine in the public performances. With this performance, however, even with a novice singer as his "duet partner", he rightfully owned the song and showed everyone how it's done. So much fun to watch!

Musing - if he'd been put on the spot to go up there and sing without any chance to prepare, then there'd be no way to set up the duet with the contestant. So he'd just do what he normally does. Maybe?

Are they Dutch?! Brilliant British accent! Yes they are Dutch! Usually when people do British accents, they do cockney or posh, so I'm impressed..
