How the hell could anybody give Adam a bad review for his Eddie? RS must be crazy. Can't imagine what they criticized. His singing! Which pretty much makes their review null and void! Why because he sang with his SEXY very Elvisy lower register? and RS expected him to use his higher register like Meatloaf?

His singing! Which pretty much makes their review null and void! Yep...... "Bafflingly miscast"......"Out of place, especially when being out sung and out danced at every turn" His opinion, but absolute crap and laughable. I haven't ready the article and who wrote it, but can we just say that he/she's a fan of NAL.

The Rolling Stone review with the "bafflingly miscast" comment, for those who want to see it.

ETA - The paragraph with the comment for those who want to see only that much.
"The throughline connecting the key players who most decidedly do not get it – Christina Milian as Magenta, Adam Lambert as a bafflingly miscast Eddie, and even, at times, Laverne Cox – is their name-brand recognition. They're hired to bring some bumps in attention to the program, and while they can all get through a tune without collapsing, they move through the scenes as if looking for a lifeline or a way out. The three of them feel out of place, especially when getting out-sung and out-danced at every turn by their co-stars."
Just to counter this wrong-headed assessment of Adam, here is what a certain world renowned rock guitarist says about him: Lambert has the most extraordinary voice that I have ever heard. That says a lot because I have heard a lot of voices in my time. It's an extraordinary instrument and he has learned to control it and harness it during the time that we've worked with him. Sometimes I just stand and watch, and my mouth drops. He has massive confidence and ability, but also a very nice humility.... Brian May I don't think the RS guy/girl's criticizing Adam's voice in general. I think they just don't like him in here vocally. I think his voice's very sexy in Hot Patootie.

Rolling Stone had two different reviewers one previewer before it went on TV who really liked Adam and some idiot after the showing who didn't.. I'll take the first impression... He/she an **** because they don't agree with our opinion of Adam?? I've been hearing that a lot lately every where

They said he was outsung by every member of the cast. Sounds pretty definitive to me. But 99 other reviews thought he was a highlight. So, you can't please everyone and no one knows that better than Adam
