I am OK with the underdog category because it shakes things up! What I am not a fan of is one person from every category goes home. I feel once it's in the audience's hands, the people who get the most votes should be kept! What if a contestant that gets twice as many votes as a person who is kept because they are in another category! Doesn't seem fair. JMHO!!!! but IKR especially all Adam's singers really were really bringing it. I think the lowest votes in the category will go home. My dream, the next time Adam's touring Australia I hope he will bring back these youngsters to be his opener. Yes it is unfair. But I don't think the decision this year to cut Four in the first results show, is due to level of fairness. I think their are other factors, their advertisers e.t.c. Instead of having a lull. They are going for Four Live Shows in a row. Keep the audiences attention, and their advertisers. I do agree 4 is Savage. At least one of Adams well be gone. Probably Natalie or Isaiah, I think Amalia well be safe. Maddie, Beats, and that aussie guy with a grunty voice, not that Davy guy. Well go home.

Mel B's accent sounds almost like Gerard Butler's so I have to look it up. She's from Leeds, Yorkshire. And I go so far to look up on the map, but looks like it's north of England kind of close to New Castle.

Either Maddie or Beats, because they're both in the Underdog. But IMO, Beats' more likable than Maddie, but who knows.

I will try not to look up Adamtopia tomorrow morning so I won't know who's going home until I get home. Don't want to get upset at work.

Maybe because they don't approve it. Well that is clear. But why now? It's been out there for almost 1,5 years. Why block it now? That's just what makes me curious. Also since it's been doing so well. Makes me very curious too

I am watching the whole show and I can't believe Mel took Maddie over Ivy...don't get that choice. I thought Ivy would be one of them to beat along with the lady from America. Sorry but I was underwhelmed with Maddie and I don't think she could win this competition. I am loving Adam's contestants and he is really a great judge and brings so much to this show! Back to watching the rest of the show. Ivy's much much better than Maddie and Ivy's also likeable. I agree....but isn't it Maddie that has a big youtube following? If so then Mel B is likely counting on that vote getter...I may be wrong on that...good ole memory ain't what it used to be LOL

I just watched Chynna's performance on the vimeo....my favorite so far, she has a voice to die for. Does anybody remember what she sing for her audition? I don't remember her. I remember the 3-chair challenge, but not the audition. Amazing Grace!

Totally agree but I suppose their thinking is that if they go purely on votes then potentially 1 judge could lose all their contestants in one go and they want to avoid that in the first week. Weird how the UK X-Factor is currently running and I haven't given it a second glance and yet I've watched every moment of the Australian version and am loving it. I used to watch talent shows a few years back and agree that Adam is the best judge I've seen. This gig is going to be so good for his career. I thought of that being the reason too except I feel, so be it, the best is the best! Anyway, I have never downloaded the UK X-Factor but I always watch the videos later. I'm a sucker for singing competitions! Never came across a voice better than Adam's but have loved many. One that stands out for me was the guy who was a painter (wish I could remember his name right now), he came out in a cap and sang First Time Ever I Saw Your face. I think he won too! Watched that one a lot!He was brilliant!Which epitomizes why singing reality shows have rather bad reputations for finding and making new stars. This guy stands out for you, but you can't remember his name, or even if he won. I would guess that means you didn't buy his music after the show, or go to his concert, or in any way remain a fan. I am not criticizing you. Just commenting on the fates of reality TV stars after the show is over.
