That's a really destructive article especially the day people are voting for a winner. I sure hope folks vote.. Hope this doesn't hurt the contestants.Maybe this year was much better. I remember Adam saying that he waited endlessly outside ,I think over 12 hours,waiting to try out for American Idol. That the contestants had ,I believe two or three tryouts before we saw his TV audition... But in this case No water ,no bathroom breaks ,I don't know sounds crazy. On all the talent shows I have seen, the contestants have a back story, very often pretty sad. To add I would have thought that complaints would have garnered fines ,etc.I do believe underage contestants have to be accompanied by an adult at all times.. Not a good way to end the show Auditions for Broadway shows are called "cattle calls"..probably for a good reason.. The musical Chorus line comes to mind. WOW! Just read the article and if this is true, laws have been broken. Aren't there child labor laws in place for these kids? I know a competition like this is grueling but this sounds much worse!
