I think that voting privileges for the entire planet should be rescinded until further notice. lol The planet isn't exactly good at voting lately. Too bad Saara lost. Kinda saw it coming...hoped that it wouldn't happen the way it did. If she has the fire in her that I think she has, she will still do great and have a successful career.
In other strange news...Honey G has been signed to Simon's SYCO records. Haha. And there you go. It truly is about the money and business. Simon saw the opportunity and ran with it. Still, I do not wish Honey G anything bad. Good for her. Strike while the iron is hot and make it work girl. lol
Why are some feeling that QAL won't be performing next year? Brian did say that they would be doing something different next year. Brian's health does not seem as tenuous as it was a few weeks ago. He seems to be coming along on SoMo little by little every day.It might drive Brian, Roger, Adam and Spike more crazy to take a full year off. What would they all do instead? They seem to all be A personalities that have to do SOMETHING and be CREATIVE. I don't really think that Adam would want that much time off from QAL. He can easily do QAL and work on A4. He has done that with TOH as we all know. There are also factored in breaks on these QAL tours. I see no problem at all. And we shouldn't forget...the boys in the band are not getting any younger. They are in great shape now, for what they do, a year off could rust them if they aren't busy.
Best of luck to Matt. Hope the XFACTOR surrounds him with good people.
Adam presenting tomorrow night is such a nice added treat to see him again involved in an industry setting. I'm almost sure that David Bowie is up for singer or entertainer of the year. It makes me happy because Bowie was such an influence for Adam. (Diamond Dogs being the very first) Sad that they never met. Adam talked about Bowie from square 1 in 2009. Happy that he will be there to witness it.
I can't even imagine Adam taking time off to just work on his album4. At least, I can't see him doing that. He loves being busy to the max. He balanced QAL and TOH duties seamlessly. He has experience doing that already and will have no problem doing that again. A stagnant Adam is and unhappy Adam.

Voting and Freedom of speech should always be available , regardless of the outcome. On Qal. I see one off events their and their next year. But I don't see a big tour next year or in the near future. It is my wish Adam devotes 100% of his energy next year to his solo career. But that's just me.

Hence the "lol" Think about it...how can all voting privileges be rescinded on the planet? duh. lol You can wish that Adam devotes 100% of his energy to his solo career next year. You're free to do that. I just don't see it happening. I think he would be bored to death without diversity. For TOH era, he spent 2 months in Stockholm, which was also mixed in with working in LA with Axident on the title track in 2013-2014. It was a restless time for him. Lots of bar hopping. Really no performing to speak of except the Sweet Sixteen Birthday Party in Pennsylvania, the 50 year old woman's Birthday Party in Montana and NYE at Thackerville. He is singer who enjoys singing and performing. Even in an albums creative process. So, imo, QAL would be great for him. It would force that balanced life back into focus for him that he loves. Adam doing anything 100% for a full year, imo, would drive him up a wall.

That's if Qal perform again in the near future . Nooooo don't say that, I don't even want to think about not seeing them ever again.

Every body has their own preferences. And I know my preference's probably not popular in here, but Bho-Rap is Freddie's song, so I also don't think Brian/Roger will let anybody sing it with Adam on QAL, that is IF we will have another QAL again next year. As much as I loved Adam and Saara performing BoRhap, I'm with you as regards the QAL concerts adamme. I can't imagine they would change it and let Freddie (not to mention the choir part) out of it. I'm with you guys!

Surprisingly, I agree that QAL should only do BoRhap as it is done right now. The song is difficult to do live and it is important to Freddie Mercury's fans and to Queen that it be presented in its entirety. I suppose my original point was that the Saara/Adam collaboration was more of a "special moment" for me because of the intimacy of the contact. I do not have the same emotional response when Adam sings with a video. I am probably digging myself further into a hole but I wanted to clarify.
