The Blu-ray version is region free and can be played anywhere in the world on any Blu-ray player. The DVD version is Region 2 and will only play on a DVD player that plays region 2 or a DVD player that is "region free", I.e., one that will play any region. Most DVD players available in the US are locked to region 1. But you can buy region free DVD players in the United States online, but they are about twice as expensive. Since the QAL Blu-ray and DVD videos are the same price, it would be better to buy the Blu-ray video. If your video player is DVD only, you can buy a Blu-ray player for $50-$100 US while a region free DVD/Blu-ray player will be around $200. Plus the Blu-ray video has much better visual and audio quality than the DVD video. Also one of the fans in Japan was able to find out that the DVD videos that will be available in the stores in March will also be region 2 locked. Yay! I already have a blu-ray player.

Dancygeorgia.....I know you already ordered the Summer Sonic....have you received it yet? Guess I'll wait till it's available worldwide....altho I think some outside of Japan have already ordered...not sure if they have received. Don't really need the Tshirt, bag or LPs....think I just want the BluRay+CD. wardrecords.com/QueenLiveInJapan/wardrecords.com/SHOP/13051/135656/list.html

twitter.com/playbackstl/status/814654298076356608PLAYBACK:stl @playbackstl Olly Murs’ 24 HRS and Adam Lambert’s The Original High reveal the more mature side of each singer. [ 951 more... www.playbackstl.com/best-of/best-of-2016/best-of-2016-music/best-albums-of-2016-laura-hamlett/2. Adam Lambert | The Original High (Warner Bros.) The #1 slot was tough for me, as the top three on my list were all verrrrrrry closely ranked. Ultimately, I decided to rank in terms of how much I’ve listened to them this year. Even though Olly Murs didn’t come out until late November, it still rocketed to the top of the list. It also features “Patience,” hands-down the best song I’ve heard in 2016—or a long time, actually. Even so, in any other year, each of these would be qualified to rank #1. Murs’ 24 HRS and Lambert’s The Original High reveal the more mature side of each singer. In some artists, this is a risky and often disappointing endeavor; however, in these cases, both were top notch. I can’t even count how many times I’ve listened to each since they came out. Melodic, thoughtful pop at its finest.
