Can't speak for anyone else but for me Glam Rock is about the music style and not makeup as the main draw. He said he was going in a different direction so I was thinking there will be less pop/dance. Of course, I could be wrong. And yes he will do what he wants and always has. But is there really any harm in expressing a musical preference? Love Adam in a more rock and roll mode but really like all his other work as well. Sure I will love anything he puts out tho.

I don't even understand why we talk about the makeup anymore. He wears it when he wants to and he doesn't when he doesn't want to. We went through two whole tours and a TV show without it and a night out to celebrate Bowie at a party where he does and all of a sudden we're wondering if he's going glam rock again. I guess we'll see but I like that he does what he wants! Yes!

I love the eye make-up and the sexy red lip stick - that's a very HOT look on Adam, especially in combination with the sharp looking suit! How appropriate to honor Bowie's birthday like that! I am getting sexy vibes from Adam currently and I am glad that he is enjoying himself with his friends and that he is taking time and liberty to "play". His fashion choices and looks as of late are pretty classy and tasteful, I think.

I'll love to see a return of Glam Rock! But even if that happens. I don't think it means a Adams going to go back to wearing tons of makeup or androgynous looks. Like that infamous Fye Album cover lol. I think he's probably searching for that balance. But Glam Rock next album I would welcome. But, the very definition of Glam Rock IS heavy makeup and out there costuming from the 70's. If you would would like to see Adam go back to that, make up would be involved to get the point of Glam Rock across. That's where "Glam" comes into defining that style of music and performance. I saw nothing wrong with the cover of FYE. Kara had said to him,... I can see you doing Glam Rock from the 70's. No one is doing it.... It IS what he did for the FYE era. Did it go over well? Initially. I think it did. He was new, fresh and hot as fire. Most of the world seemed accepting of it imo. For Trespassing era, I was a little disappointed that he pulled back. I was not disappointed in the music. I thought it was all really great. I was disappointed that he pulled back fashion wise and less makeup. I believe that he was told to do that for mainstream acceptance. Sad really, that he might have been told to do that. I don't know for sure if that was the case. It just seems so to me. TOH album...he seemed to have struck a balance between over the top fashion at the shows and makeup. I was happy to see him expressing more personal freedom again. IMO, his 4th album is going to reflect a lot of what has gone on in the world. There is no way imo that these famous deaths of Bowie, Prince and George M. will not have an influence on him and his mindset towards his creativity. Pulse Night Club, I'm sure will figure in there too. jmho Whatever he ultimately chooses to do, I am there for it. Not only am I in love with that voice, I find the man himself fascinating.

Me too! And, IMO, he might even get political, in terms of important civil rights issues.

Leave it to Adam to know the perfect outfit to wear to a Bowie B-day celebration. We should all be so bold in our tributes to the man who embraced androgyny.

How can he, as such a caring person not write and sing about it. I'm sure others in the industry will go that way too. These are very trying times that can't be ignored. We all globally are being affected by it. Interesting times.
