Adam changed my life in so many ways. I was already in the process of changing it myself when he came along. He just gave me a big push and loads of inspiration to continue doing it. I am going to concerts more now, and discovered I'm not doing too bad at taking pictures of the people performing. That might very well lead to a career change someday. I learned to edit my pictures and change them into something different. I might have done that anyway without Adam, but my newfound drive to create could very well have fizzled out too, without Adam constantly feeding it.
He helps me through a immensely difficult period in my life. He's an escape if necessary, reminding me that the world is beautiful too and not just a big mess.
But most of all I have a new community now. I met so many very special people, online and offline. And some of them have become real friends. Sometimes I shudder thinking about the possibility that I wouldn't have known any of them if I hadn't stumbled upon Adam.

All worth a read including this 3. Playlists Radio comes last. You want to be on Spotify playlists. Apple Music is a walled garden, there’s little virality and Spotify dominates. If you can get on a Spotify playlist and your music reacts, the company will work with you, they’ll spread the word by putting you on more playlists, helping to break your record. It’s a data-driven game, fakery is a thing of the past and radio is the icing on the cake. You live and die by the numbers. Yes this exactly! This is why Isaiah is now having success all over the world with his song. The song got on a few playlists and kept growing until it got added to the Spotify Top Hits playlist and it blows up. I think he had a little help from Spotify with this, but they are monitoring the reaction on a playlist. Sharing the playlist and sharing the song helps enormous. Playing the song even more. This is so important! We HAVE to support Adam with A4 and his next singles with all the streaming and Spotify power we can muster. It IS the key to getting a hit. Adam has fans worldwide who need to band together. I know we'll do it. And BTW, even with Spotify, etc., I always buy at least one hard copy CD, just to have a tangible form of the music. Old school, I know, but it makes me happy.

Sure, I was a happy, active person before Adam. But since Adam, so many doors have opened for me. I am much more aware of the music industry and how it works. I know a lot more about music in general. And the fan community has been a godsend. Yes, I have lots of friends and family, but they aren't the ones I talk about Adam with. It's all of you who are here to share my passion with along with a few fans I have met in person and see occasionally. I don't have to hold back when I'm here. I can flail! The only downside is that I don't always enjoy other singers as much as I used to. It's my own fault. Singers that I thought were so great just aren't, in comparison to Adam. I still like other singers, though, just not as many. I'm also frustrated sometimes at my desire to see Adam at the very very top, and now realize how difficult that is, even for someone with his talent. There are ups and downs to being a Glambert, but mostly UPS.

Adam has inspired me to try to be less judgemental about people, to not assume anything on the basis of their appearance, and to think rather than to make a snide comment about someone's appearance. I've also become more aware of and outspoken about LGBTQ (and other) rights (and to put my money where my mouth is). Whether or not Adam is perfect in all of his opinions and statements and actions (who is?), his public persona sets a wonderful example for anyone to follow.

Adam brought me into the electronic age. I had to be able to see him on big screen TV, bigger screen computer, iPhone to listen to him on the bus to work, and my son hooked up a projector and really big screen so I can see Adam on Youtube. Travel to concerts alone is something I enjoy now, and had never thought about solo travel before (although I sometimes do bring family and friends concerts). Before I retired, I turned my team at the hospital into the "Adam Team". Each year I made a really nice calendar using iPhoto and it had place of honor in the team room. All the staff knew of my "Adam love" and enjoyed the fun. When new young doctors would rotate into our team, they sometime mocked the calendar, until our attending physician set them straight. No making fun of Adam! As each young doctor rotated out, I would sneak an Adam CD into their backpacks and my attending dr always got a kick out of that. I converted some into Adam fans and a few dressed up like him at Halloween after working with me.

Spotify made a new playlist called: 'This Is: Adam Lambert'It has songs from all Adam's albums plus WTTS, CGH, Broken, Hot Patootie and Science Fiction Double feature. Searched for it, but it didn't come up. However, I see a lot of songs on that playlist that are unfamiliar, so I am wondering if it is really a playlist by Spotify. Not criticizing here, just wondering...

Somehow the link keeps getting lost here on the forum. ht tps://open.spotify.com/user/spotify/playlist/37i9dQZF1DZ06evO3MFmq4 Or check my page and the playlist I follow. Search for Simone Schepers. They also added 'Take One' tracks and 'Beg for Mercy' tracks. They are on Spotify so they are also in this list... A lot of other artists got similar playlists.
