I just watched the show. Actually laughed about concern over what he said. Called friend, Adam's age range, 33, and asked. She thought it was hilarious. She was a spoiled only child and her dad used to always make references to her being switched at birth because all she did was spend money. Maybe older generation takes references more personally, I don't think younger generation does. My son-in-law was Jewish, never saw any sensitivity about things like that. If someone was being obnoxious or rude, he was too nice to say anything, my DD and I were not, lol. I am not sure if anyone was concerned about anything Adam said. It was just commented on. I just thought it was odd. While I did not think it was laugh-out loud funny, clearly Adam was joking around. I also don't believe anyone would be offended by it. I certainly wasn't. [Well someone breathing air on TV could offend someone.] If someone else, even Andy Cohen who is Jewish, had called Adam a "frugal Jew," I think some people might have been offended. I am not sure how I would feel about it. *** Separately, it spun off into a discussion about the expression and antisemitism. Sorry about that 'cause I mostly did that. It is on my mind because of a personal situation. It is on many Jews minds. It was a topic at the last two HeWhoCannot amed press conferences so I am not alone. >> I promise I am really, really done!

I really appreciated the posts about Jewish cultural experiences. The only way a person can even begin to understand another culture is to read about and listen to those experiences. There are so many instances where we as people must at least try to walk in path of someone else so that we can grow as a human race. For instance, men will likely never experience childbirth but being in the room with a woman, especially if she is birthing their child, goes a long way to increasing empathy as opposed to waiting outside to learn if it is a boy or a girl. I know that following Adam has significantly improved my understanding of the gay experience and for that I am thankful. I have lived in Muslim countries and Catholic countries and they both have music that calls people to prayer. I wanted to post this piece about the black experience which I listened to recently. It is stunning ... www.cnn.com/interactive/2017/02/us/first-time-i-realized-i-was-black/My faith in the positive progress of humanity has been severely shaken recently as I am sure many would agree. But it is coming back ever so slowly and it is the discussions of understanding that happen among friends which has truly helped. Thank you all. Now grandduchess ... who exactly do you think Adam was kissing before the Blondes show, hmmmm

Looking at todays pics of Adam and the ones at the Blondes I think I figured out what was different about his face... His upper lip was swollen. Go... Lip gloss! too much lip action?

I thought it was interesting what song titles popped into Adam's head during the game with Chrissy. I think he only used one of his own and I don't think he used any from Queen. I think Adam might have had a bit of an advantage in that game!
BTW, I've been watching and really enjoying "This Is Us." Someone came up with a clever idea for that show!

...there are so many cliches out there...people from "Schwaben" (a part of Bavaria) are also considered to be cheapskates^^... AnnAdoresAdam...and you amused me ...I totally agree that probably there are jokes that one can make about oneself but others may not... ...like others I can't imagine experiencing the scrutiny Adam is under...very syllable is analyzed, every pore observed, every note he sings evaluated... I wish more people would hear Adams story, that every one is simply human, with a heart and feelings...it's so easy to judge someone from the outside but if you got to look behind the masquerade you'd see that person differently...
