That Beth was better than any version from Kiss ever. Far better. And the deeper meaning that it had for Adam just added to moment. Just as stunning was the fact that, once on the main stage, Adam completely dominated, not only vocally, where it was to be expected, but also visually. He was able to draw the energy towards himself, something that very few people can do, when opposite of Gene S., who can draw the air out of every a room and reduce it to a bubble around himself. Adam held his own personality-wise and visually. Then you add those vocals that obviously dominated far and beyond anything Kiss had ever done or pre-recorded, and you saw a STAR on stage. Brave, honest, real, and stealing the thunder. It was indeed a magical moment. Thanks for posting it.

(I'm actually not a great fan of the show -- too much heartbreak for me!) The last shows were filmed in Rovaniemi. The snowy forest was beautiful! I kept thinking I "sort of know" someone who lives up in that area! It's very interesting how Adam has connected me to so many people around the world.

Adam really has connected people around the world. At concerts I have met wonderful Adam fans around the world and Adamtopia is a wonderful place to get to know other Adam fans.

When I was a kid I experienced very cold, snowy, long winters in Quebec. I just looked at a globe and realized that my town was nowhere near the same latitude to you!
There is a famous song in Quebec called "Mon Pays" -- my country or my homeland. I always loved the chorus to that song.
My country is not a country, it's the winter My garden is not a garden, it's the plains My path is not a path, it's the snow My country is not a country, it's the winter

Hi rpeura, good to see you around here tonight.
That latitude misconception is a very common one. Most of Europe is so much further north than the US and even quite a bit of Canada. People often assume that when you start let's say in NYC and head east, that you come out somewhere in central Europe, i.e. Netherlands, Germany, Poland, etc, but nope, it matches up with Rome or southern Italy, or the Mediterranean sea instead.
Finland would match up with the more northern parts of Canada, not the southern ones where the major cities are located.

best costume?...with Adam, where's the line between wardrobe and costume?^^ ...didn't Adam just recently make a similar joke just recently on social media? thanks alot Craazyforadam for explaining! loved reading your story momtomany lorraine : May I ask why that performance is special for you? Were you there? The interaction between Brian and Adam towards the end is sweet but other than that I fail to see why. I don't think it is more emotional than other performances of the song, there's a woman coughing at 0:20 (like really!!!)...don't mean to be rude and I don't want to diminish your joy of the performance, just genuinely asking... I'm assuming you"re referring to the Save Me video from Denmark,marionm------the CLARITY of his voice in that particular performance takes my breath away, and nothing, not even the brief cough from the audience, can diminish the purity of his voice . In fact, it just makes it more real for me--the contrast of the momentary disruption and the beauty of his voice. No, I wasn't there that night ,but envy those who were. I love all his versions of Save Me-but this one truly stands out.

Just want everyone to know----I posted the above video--- my FIRST video---in answer to marionm's question!!! And it was all because Patti took the time to teach me, step by step-how to do it. So easy when you've been doing it forever--but quite a task when you are just learning -and getting over some tech phobia. THANK YOU SO MUCH, PATTI
