IDK. Video the hijinxs at a party seems normal to me and OK. But videoing the master bath would be weird to me no matter whose house it was! Plus, it doesn't look "prepared" for company!

I hope nobody minds but I am putting a general query out to the board as the dedicated threads don't have much action atm. My daughter would like to come to the Vancouver show but the friend she was hoping to come with are not coming through and there is simply no more room where I am staying. Is anyone still looking for a roomie? She is more a Queen fan than Adam and a definite newbie...she has no real idea of what a fan I am so this is a bit of a coming out for me to her...hahaha...my other daughter is a big Adam fan and has been to a show but this one, not so much.....I would actually love to see her reaction Let me know asap please as she has to purchase an extra ticket we have by the end of this month so we can put what is left up for sale.... Thanks.... addendum...it almost seems as though Adam is purposefully letting his freak flag fly and be damned of consequences!! Good for him...he has kept things pretty cool for the last two albums and it did not make a difference...in fact his first is still arguably his most successful/popular/best selling [not a #'s person so not positive]. Adam is first and foremost a "to thine own self be true" kind of person so I am really proud of his courage and honesty. Is it a tiny bit uncomfortable for us at times....sure...but that is a good thing! As dear Leonard wrote "it is the crack...the crack...in everything...that's how the light gets in..."

I really understand that concern and sometimes feel uncomfortable - but I have come to believe that Adam is cool with this kind of thing. He must be, surely....when he could so easily put a stop to it - and who among his pals would want to risk losing his friendship or being banned from his home...? They all seem to live social media lives....different boundaries. Plus - i think Adam likes to show off his lovely home too. The only one I have issues with is the one in Adam's master bath. Seems to have over stepped the boundaries. But probably just me & perhaps i am projecting. When we have parties, we have all our bathrooms open for guests, except the master one. IDK, seems weird! What is the purpose of videoing yourself in his bathroom? lol so people will see that hes been in Adam'said private room. But if Adam has problem with it bet this person will not be invited again.

That is not the way I like to see Adam or anyone else, a little more privacy should be the rule.

When we have parties, we have all our bathrooms open for guests, except the master one. IDK, seems weird! What is the purpose of videoing yourself in his bathroom? It all seems weird to me.....especially filming yourself in the bathroom.....and Adam lets them do it, it seems. Hope Adam doesn't learn the hard way, not to be so trusting. I agree. Adam would be the only one with a lot to lose. In the quest to show they are friends with or party with Adam they overshare sometimes. I don't need to know everything he is doing on his off time or in underground clubs. Like the time Adam was out with friends and probably had a little too much to drink. He called the Kadashian girl a nasty name and a friend thought it was cool to post it. Now I don't care for the Kadashians but she had done nothing to Adam and I doubt he would want to insult her by putting that out there. Who stood to have ugly backlash if the media had picked that up? Only Adam who was out relaxing with friends. I stopped opening any of the snap chats from his friends after that. I just scroll because it feels more like a look at me than it is about Adam but Adam is the draw to get people looking. On a different note, I love parts of this NPR article from the past about Adam. These were glorious and interesting times when Adam emerged from the shadows to become a star. "But now that Kris Allen has become our new American idol, I find myself thinking all the more about the runner-up, Adam Lambert. I started watching him during the final months of the show, when hardcore fans of the TV show had made his name unavoidable in casual conversation. At first, I had the typical reaction to someone who's doing something different. At first, I hated his performance — all those slow-eyed winks at the camera, those lipcurled sneers, those tight leather outfits. Who did this guy think he was, the 1968 Elvis? But then my indignation melted away and I became fascinated: His confidence was unlike anything I'd seen on Idol — or for that matter, from any recent rock star since Bruce Springsteen, probably the last top-notch rocker alive who still thinks music can unite the country. On Idol, Lambert was drastically rearranging songs, bending them to his will to power. By contrast, the young man who eventually won, Kris Allen, fits a more conventional mode, a cross between a soft-voiced teen pop star and a sensitive singer-songwriter who, given the rules of Idol, wasn't writing his own songs. He sang well, he's ordinary-guy handsome and, above all, he's not threatening or polarizing. He became, among all the finalists, the least objectionable choice, which is probably what won him the American Idol title. When Kris Allen sang "No Boundaries," it's as though he's completely hemmed in by it. By contrast, Adam Lambert is a fascinating mixture of characteristics: On Idol, he was unfailingly polite, frequently using time other contestants use to plug themselves to instead credit the show's house band. Instead of quailing before the judges or sassing them back, Lambert looked each one in the eye with a warm smile and a delightful calmness, as if to say, "There's no comment you can make that will dissuade me from what I want to do here, which is to make you question everything you think you know about music." www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=104658874

I understand the concerns about the bathroom snap and if it was out of line is up to Adam...wiered as it may be...that guy clearly was impressed with the bathroom and wanted to show...but what in all that is good was the point of Jonnys snap in the closest?^^...so in a way i understand the bathroom snap a more than jonnys
...I just can't help myself but I have to laugh when I think about all those guys snapping from diffrent places in the house and they all follow each other on snapchat^^...
...also I want to throw in this little thought...I've lived in the US for a few years with my fam so I have quite a few friends from over there and there seemes to be a little "cultural gap" when it comes so sharing...in my opinion at least...when I look at social media I would say that people from north america tend to share more than the people I know from here...gernerally speaking of course...obviously people from here share as well...

Yes, and that is part of the sticky wicket. Just from a security and privacy point of view, there are three other bathrooms that are accessible without being in Adams personal space. My comment was meant more in the general roaming around in the house of people who are more strangers or nominal aquaintences rather than dear friends like Terrance or Johnny. This guy is obviously a suffiently trusted friend, he has been in many snaps at Adam's house. The second prong kicker is his IG account is locked, as was also previously discussed, and yet there is a fan who has access to the locked account and shares publicly.

To add..some of these' friends 'seem like touting their own self importance by being in Adam's house and sharing what should be, IMHO,Adam's private space. It makes me sad.Maybe we shouldn't be sharing & posting either.. In a way aren't we perpetuating this ? To add anybody can view Adamtopia ,you don't have to be a member.
