T I have been enjoying the show "Sun Records." About the rise and start of Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis. I am really struck by some of the similarities of Elvis and Adam. The last episode was when Elvis started to dye his hair black. Also it showed the fuddie duddies walking out of an Elvis show because he was not safe. Brings to mind that concert reviewer who was delighted to report that when Adam performed a show with Pentatonix, that some of the concert attendees left after the "wholesome"(his words) Pentatonix performed and during Adam's set. Since some of their members are LGBT also, I guess they are what some refer to as "safe gays." Cause I doubt Adam was doing anything to offend anyone. UGH! It is amazing how some things today are not much different than before. But I am really loving that show especially the parts about Elvis. Thankfully Adam is his own man and does not have a snake like Colonel Parker ready to take advantage of a naive and sheltered kid. Sun Records is really enjoyable. Regard the that concert with Adam + Pentatonix -- I was there and the reviewer was incorrect. There were a number of mega-Pentatonix fans there, very passionate and very open about not being interested in seeing Adam. Nothing to do with Adam being unsafe, just not music that they were interest in.

I think Pentatonix felt bad about that slam as well because they sent out a tweet voicing admiration for Adam soon after. There is always some a** who has to try and ruin everything.

I am picturing either WWFM or GT for Ferdinand. The GT whistle is very moody. I can see it working for poor Ferdinand. I am thinking 'These Boys' - who you calling clown Oh, I like that idea. The upbeat song that my kid likes. Save

SaveI picture it when he is walking into the arena, pumping himself up, the 'take deep breaths when I feel I'm getting closer' line accompanied by some classic bull snorting and then he sees the flowers in the women's hair and the rest is, as they say, history.

Just an FYI, Underneath is from the TOH album Also, one of my favorites. I Remember the first time I heard it, I was bowled over! Had it on constant repeat. It was one of the 4 tracks released early, before the album.

I was thinking Underground! Actually Underneath is one of the tracks i always skip on Trespassing! My favs are the dance tracks on Trespassing and the bonus tracks. The only "dark" side I play is Chokehold, which I find incredibly sexy.

I also love Chokehold. It's very very sexy. So intensely Adam. That song makes the imagination run wild. Since there is so much talk about songs, I just want to say that I hope Adam keeps doing the Lay Me Down/Shady/Fever trio as a staple in his concerts. I LOVE that combination so much, esp. with the dancing. Those songs just segue together so well. And I LOVE seeing Adam dance onstage with those incredible moves and sly humor.

I love the LMD/Shady/Fever combo also. Peter was an excellent musical director. That combo gave LMD new life for me. Added it to my playlist that i listen to in my car. Usually repeat it a few times even. You know Adam though, he will change it up for his next tour. Which is a good thing, IMO. I think we lose some of our favorites and gain new ones. I also want to keep hearing Runnin.
