This morning, my wife told me the Bulgarian contestant at the Eurovision Songcontest got the second place, so we had to watch the official video on YouTube to check him out. Without me saying anything, she told me "He reminds me a bit of Adam Lambert". So I told her about all the tweets yesterday claiming the same thing...

Can't remember when Adam mentioned Evan Rachel Wood as being a favorite actress, etc. Don't know if he followed her career prior to TrueBlood, or earlier. Was looking for it, but ran across this instead.....from July 2009. Don't know how well he knows her now. mail.aceshowbiz.com/news/view/00025899.htmland this www.sponkit.com/evan-rachel-wood-has-a-crush-on-adam-lambert/Evan Rachel Wood Has A Crush On Adam Lambert July 24, 2009 by admin Admitting that she is attracted to androgynous men, Evan Rachel Wood isn’t shy of making public her admiration for “American Idol” season 8 runner-up Adam Lambert. “I probably couldn’t help myself, that guyliner is so amazing,” so she says of the male music performer. “But he’s got an incredible voice, talent is very sexy. I love that he’s so androgynous, he just doesn’t care, has fun and wears whatever he wants.”

I also recall his being interviewed and saying he really liked her. Can't remember where either. It was a long time ago - July 2009 I think. She mentioned Adam, then he was asked about her in a few interviews. July 22, 2009 Evan Rachel Wood -- if he was straight and she was single Miss Wood admitted she would totally go for "Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert. Just great.....keep us waiting for the other two judges 1037theq.iheart.com/articles/trending-104650/katy-perrys-american-idol-judge-deal-15828265/?utm_source=Managed_TwitterTMZ broke the story ... 'AI' honchos set their sights on Perry after their bid for Kelly Clarkson went south and she joined "The Voice." Sources familiar with the negotiations tell us Idol's goal is to announce Katy is joining the reboot during the ABC Upfronts this week. Our sources say they will not announce the other 2 judges because 'Idol' hasn't even decided who it wants. As TMZ reported, Ryan Seacrest will almost certainly be the host. Here's the challenge. Idol went off the air on FOX because it became too expensive to produce, and everyone involved in the show doesn't want a repeat of that problem. Seacrest and Perry will not come cheap, for sure ... so the other 2 judges can't break the bank.Well for anyone who wants Adam to be involved with Idol Reboot, this is probably good news. Fewer past Idol contestant around. They can certainly spend a lot on judges -- because even with reduced viewership they should be able to sell about $200 million in ads for TV and online Idol. "American Idol ended its 15-season run this week with 13.3 million viewers tuning into the 2-hour series finale -- the biggest Idol viewership in three years yet nowhere near the almost 40 million viewers the show attracted at its peak in the mid 2000s. Fox ’s singing competition started its ratings decline during Season 7 in 2008, resulting in season-to-season drops in advertising revenue, which precipitously fell from a high of $883.7 million in 2008 to $242.2 [million] in 2015...."
Hard to find anything on TV close to $242 million a year in ad revenue -- and that was the bad year for Idol.

Hard to find anything on TV close to $242 million a year in ad revenue -- and that was the bad year for Idol. The Big Bang Theory I think had the same amount of ad revene as idol. Or at least pretty close. It it was around $750K per ad spot weekly couple years ago. Not sure about now. I agree this is good news for anyone who wants Adam to be a judge on the reboot. I don't think its that big of deal either way if Adam gets to be a judge. He was one on Xfactor OZ and it was cancelled. But he got alot of good rep out of it. Same with idol. Being on prime time every week well be big for him. Same time if he is not a judge, won't lose much. His career is really bright right now.

adamme The article says that Adam was Isaiah's Mentor and quoted Adam saying that Isaiah can create magic and touch the audiences heart... ok, finally joining the AI discussion...I'm relatively indifferent about Adam being on AI, if he's on it I'll watch it and I don't think it will do him harm even if it fails (like said by others before I do wonder ,why they are bringing it back after just one year, not enough time to let people actually miss it) . Yes it would be a boost, but if Adam is not on American Idol knowing Adam he'll have other projects up his sleeve to show the world his many talents... lastly and this is the reason I joined the discussion (*lol*) I don't think they do not know who the other judges will be...not sure big artists would sign onto the show not knowing who they are going to spend their time with...a little like "if that other person" is doing it, I won't be doing it" diva high-school drama, which is an exaggeration from me of course, not saying big artists aren't cool and can say I'll do the project never mind whoever else is on it, but...I hope people get what I mean Thank you Marion
