I did and I find it the most intriguing tidbit of the day! Keeping my fingers crossed, AI would be great exposure for Adam. I read it but don't want to squeal too much as I have invested wat too many emotions over idol for the last few years we waited and went through clues that were so spot on only to have them crushed. Lol i am waiting to see if QAL announce more dates after Australia that may go into Feb and March crushing Idol hopes yet again. Sigh ...... color me fingers crossed and hoping ........ thanks for the scoop I would love the Idol thing for Adam, but with 3 judges, I just don't think they are going to want another pop star on the panel. Country is WAY popular; they will have to have a country artist on the panel. And, they really need an Urban star. Now, if they were going to use a 4 judge panel, I think Adam would have a real shot at it... Happy for everyone who loves Queen! I just have very little interest, so I can't wait for a new single----crossing my fingers for late summer

Angel_nDisguise @angel_nDisguise Billboard has Adam's as 1 of their 4 featured letters today on their main page if you want to give it another click! www.billboard.com/ I did give it another click, and found a reference to another article (from yesterday) which I don't know if we had here: www.billboard.com/photos/7817551/10-lgbtq-musicians-to-worship-pride-month-critics-picksCritic's Picks: 10 LGBTQ Musicians to Worship for Pride Month
6/2/2017 by Louis Virtel Adam's part: Adam Lambert To this day, I can’t describe why season eight of American Idol is the best year of the series. The contestants got along really well? Allison Iraheta and Kris Allen seem like fun people? Danny Gokey didn’t know he was the villain? Whatever the reason, Adam Lambert was an indispensable part of it. He rocked pleather like no one I’ve seen since Margaret Cho’s HBO standup special in 1994 and he wailed wild versions of “Ring of Fire,” “Mad World” and (my favorite) “If I Can’t Have You.” Though his outsize stage presence was frequently called (or derided as) “Broadway,” Lambert’s full-throated gusto read way more Taylor Dayne than Nathan Lane, and -- trust -- it is a serious blessing that we have a gay male Taylor Dayne. After coming out in a Rolling Stone cover story, Lambert has gone on to release three studio albums that all reached the top 3 on the Billboard 200. His time spent with Queen as a live replacement for Freddie Mercury qualifies him for sainthood, full stop. www.billboard.com/photos/7817551/10-lgbtq-musicians-to-worship-pride-month-critics-picks

The BIG promo timeline is always for the single. That's when the radio visits happen. The album promo will be a few TV shows. IMO, there is plenty of time for US promo. My feeling is that, with the fact that Shosh is no longer his publicist, they are going to go with hitting the US hard first. I don't think there would be a 2nd single before the album, if the album is Oct. Lots of albums are released in Oct. or Nov. Promo always stops for the holidays anyway. Ya, ya, ya! I know "but what about Jingle Balls? He'll be in EU!" Seriously? Have you seen the artists that are doing Jingle Balls lately? TBH, don't think Jingle Balls would happen no matter when his single/album are released. I think the 2nd single would be in March-ish. Just in time for being an Idol judge! You know, Adam has never had trouble getting radio to play for his first singles. Even BTIKM got played on HAC and made it to #18, or around there. It's the 2nd single that has always "stalled' each era. OFC, not sure if we can even count era 2, with the FURCA mess. But the 2nd single is released alongside the album, doesn't it? I mean, you don't just release an album, with no accompanying single, do you? As for the Jingle Balls, I'm not American so I know nothing about them. From the outside, they seem like some kind of bribery to get a radio station to play your music, bribery which sometimes work and somtimes doesn't... No, the 2nd single is not released with the album. The album usually comes 6-8 weeks after the first single. That would be too early for a 2nd single, unless 1) The first one fails. or 2) The first one flies up the charts so fast, they are ready for single #2. There is very little radio promo done for 2nd singles.

1. We Will Rock You (May) 2. We Are The Champions (Mercury) 3. Sheer Heart Attack (Taylor)4. All Dead, All Dead (May) 5. Spread Your Wings (Deacon) 6. Fight From The Inside (Taylor) 7. Get Down, Make Love (Mercury) 8. Sleeping On The Sidewalk (May)9. Who Needs You (Deacon) 10. It's Late (May)11. My Melancholy Blues (Mercury) Next up....and I think I'll save the most likely one left til the end....so instead we'll go for a less likely choice: My Melancholy Blues Now I'm thinking this won't be played as it's sooo Freddie. It's mostly Freddie on piano and vocals...some nice tasteful bass and drums but mostly it's just such a Freddie track, I doubt they'd tackle it... My Melancholy BluesWritten by: Freddie Mercury Musicians: Freddie Mercury - lead vocals, piano John Deacon - bass guitar Roger Taylor - drums - A Queen song without guitar! Freddie tickling the ivories and singing a song that would be suitable for someone like a Norah Jones or a Billy Joel. - The song was played live only through 1978, and I doubt would ever be performed again unless covered by someone. It's a very Freddie song. ALTERNATIVE RELEASED VERSION: BBC SESSION 6 VERSION- ESSENTIAL listening. - Released on the 2011 Island Deluxe Remaster of News Of The World as a bonus track. - This version has Brian May playing a bit of guitar over the top of it and Freddie gives a very loose performance which comes across very well. My favorite version. OFFICIALLY RELEASED LIVE VERSION: - Live at Houston in 1977, this was released on iTunes as a bonus video from the 2011 Island Deluxe Remaster of News Of The WorldPERSONAL NOTES: - A very laid back song. Good for wine, candles, and maybe a bath

The BBC studios are here where Graham Norton, Chattyman, Loose Women are filmed. (I was there for all three Adam visits) Wow! It must have been a riot to be at the taping of these shows, seeing yet another side of Adam. Good for you, SophieB! I have no idea how to get tickets for these things. I was a guest of a different lovely Adam Fan each time - I love the community he has created. I like to watch Adam in the downtime of filming - he is just as charming and smiley as when the cameras are rolling, Wonder if being in Upper Ground today might mean a TV appearance coming up!

I think he's at 13 Upper Ground which is the Mondrian Hotel. That's on the building behind the fan in the photo with Adam. It was ID'd earlier by ninjas from Adam's SC from the hotel window when he arrived. Further confirmed by Sauli's SC from the same location. Seems the fan(s) knew where to find Adam.......j/s.... :D
