I'm wondering if Adam wrote his own speech, or if he had help. The content of the speech, the phrases, were very Adam to me....things he's been saying pretty much for 8 years now. Would be interesting to find out. I would be shocked if that was not 100% Adam. Sounded like his Soap Box tour speeches! ❤️ Yep, that's what I thought too.

BRAVO, ADAM! You made us proud! Your words were spot-on. (and yes, I think you wrote them yourself.)
I hope those in the audience who don't follow Adam closely will see him as a strong, articulate spokesman. He speaks from experience, from the heart. And he is not afraid to mention politics when the occasion calls for it. And kudos to Dr. Bri for praising Adam's words.
I think Adam will stay active in social advocacy. I sure hope he does. It's a great way to stay in the public eye, remain relevant, and perhaps do some good. It can be a life-long legacy.

the part about "using fear and hate to gain power, to divide us...our differences are being used against us" really spoke to me. [If you don't want to be bothered by politics please scroll this next paragraph] It reminded me that I had recently unfollowed Tommy Joe Ratliffe because of the political tweets he liked. They just blew my mind, drove me nuts and quite frankly made me sick...the sheer level of argumentation felt insane and I couldn't deal with it...it's not that I do not want to hear and listen to other perspectives but the argumentation I witnessed through these tweets was neither here nor there...it had no basis imo...I just couldn't stand that something as beautiful, magical, unique and one of a kind as a snowflake was used by some people as an insult to describe someone as sensitive, fragile and inadequate same as the word daffodil was used years ago...inadequate in what? their health, their bank account? also I was done with constant war-mongering, demanding harder measures against terrorism and laughing at people who people who call for a peaceful solution, dismissing them as naive. After 15 years of fighting terrorism with war, creating even more terrorism this answer has simply failed and we might as well try a different solution.
other standouts for me are "My name is Adam Lambert an I'm proud to be a human." along with "the only way our rainbow is a mother f**king rainbow is with all the colors shining equally" Again I am in awe of Adams intelligence and eloquence paired with common sense.
P.S. I apologize for getting political on here but it was just something I had to get off my chest and it is my personal opinion of course. I know this is supposed to be a politics-free zone and if what have said is seen misplaced I will delete the paragraph at hand.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who's been very bothered by the Twitter "likes" from TJR that show up on my timeline. Have unfollowed him as well. Don't need more misogyny and "Hilary bashing" in my life.

Oh well...I seem destined never to know what a unicorn is in this context. But Sam Sparro knows they're out there too. Happy Pride to all of them indeed....

If you google unicorns and gay culture, there seems to be the belief that the unicorn has been adopted as a symbol of the gay culture.
That seems to fit.
