....and then there are "glam dogs" haha - I expect a certain amount of "sass" and "attitude" LOL! That describes my new puppy. "Sass and Attitude" Runneth Over!! She was perfectly happy and taking charge when we got back in town from our concert! My cat Precious (who isn't so Precious) is like that. She's had attitude since the first day she was adopted around 15 years ago! She's full of sass and is not afraid to tell you how she feels. That's why I love her so much.

Little update as requested: My bed is fixed (put it back together yesterday). My wifi is fixed with a new modem my provider send over and which arrived today already. My plants on my balcony are still dead. Need to get new ones for that still. Got a lot of apologies from the neighbor who was supposed to look out for them though. Went out for some ice cream with her yesterday evening. I survived my first work day even though it was pretty tiring (going to bed after this post). Got a nice remark from a colleague that he was glad he heard my laugh again . So all good! I loved the discussion one video of Pharaoh was generating. Not sure who is right, but I bet Pharaoh is happy he's back with his Daddy again. As is his Daddy I bet. Hope we hear from Adam often during the coming weeks. Really curious what we will be getting. In the meantime I'm focused on Two Fux and I'll keep reminding everybody.

Dogs have feelings and their moods and expressions can change lol? I honestly didn't notice with Pharoh in a 6 second vid. Looks like a typical dog to me. Adam is presenting his dog the way he wants, I'm presuming.
Guess Adam we'll want a bit of a break, R and R. Then GM tribute thing. Then possibly new music end of August. Maybe Early September.

Doesn't Pharaoh always have that "expression?" It was one of the things I loved about him. He always looked "above" everything that was happening! But to answer you question, Pharaoh most likely went BSC when he saw Adam. I was wondering if they were still at Eber's as I don't recognize the pattern of whatever Pharaoh is lying on as anything in Adam's house. <<< Cray cray! ETA: See the comments about cold shoulder, and I have to say, my dogs have always gone crazy and been beyond happy when we return. Now cats, cats are different. My experience is that dogs give their humans unconditional love. Funny if I leave for a couple of hours my dog goes crazy when I return, not happy if I leave for days.. I'm down to one Border Collie mix.. my husky didn't care one way or another. lol, that's my border collie too. Crazy if I just ride my bike around the block. Has to be petted and told good dog with increasing reassurance depending on the length of my "disappearance". I'm usually in the "settle down dog" mode because it's way overboard what's needed. Now that I'm thinking it might have increased a bit since he's been an only dog. Family says he whines most of the time when I'm gone which gets a little old if I travel for work. But back to Pharaoh. He just doesn't seem to be that type of dog, which for Adam's lifestyle is a good thing for both of them. He's not likely to nip any friends who get too close, he won't tear down the door if he's kept in another room for awhile, he's happy to visit with others or spend summer camp and not feel down in the dumps. (Had a dog when I was a kid that traveled miles back and forth between houses looking for his peeps) It makes it easier for Adam to leave him when he's gone for extended time periods. So I agree with those who say, Pharaoh looks exactly the same as he's always looked. Doesn't like being stared at but Contented.

Oregon Solarfest...it is quite the festive occasion...

So I agree with those who say, Pharaoh looks exactly the same as he's always looked. Doesn't like being stared at but Contented. Enjoying all the dog/cat talk! We've been a cat family for years and have enjoyed them all. They have their distinct personalities just like dogs. I like dogs very much, but never wanted to take on the responsibility. Pharaoh seems to be a naturally calm dog, not easily excitable, very adaptable, friendly. Just the kind of dog Adam needs, especially when he has to leave him for extended periods of time. Pharaoh has a kind of "classy" looks about him, sleek and rather regal. I can see why Adam finds him appealing. He's not a jumpy, slobbering dog. Doesn't seem to bark a lot. Doesn't seem to get into a lot of mischief. He's got a sophisticated look, just like Adam. It probable that Eber will take care of Pharaoh when Adam is out of town for long periods. Eber's house may become his second home. Seems like he settled in there very well. Pharaoh may have gone BSC for a bit when he first saw Adam, but it looks like their back to their old snuggly ways. Lucky dog!

From BrianMay.com REMINDERS: (3-14 Aug - 3-D Con takes place, Irvine, CA) 24 Aug - Brian May Book Signing, Book Soup, LA 25 Aug - Queen In 3-D launches in USA this article is really cool, you can drop your zip code in and it will show you what to expect during the eclipse www.vox.com/science-and-health/2017/7/25/16019892/solar-eclipse-2017-interactive-map

I think a lot of us will be see the effects to some degree no matter where we are. Maybe just a slight dimming in the sky or something. It's SO RARE! Dr. Bri gets a good look at it and lets us know!
