T op 40 just may not be for Adam, although I guess he wants it ... As far as the U.S. population, it is growing older and over 35 so there are plenty of folks left to love Adam and his gorgeous voice.Like he said on RuPaul interview , to paraphrase, where do we put this Jewy ginger? OY LOL. I always think of Josh Groban ..his age ,his voice ,his personality and his fans kind of remind me of a tamer Adam. Josh doesn't seem to be part of the high school crowd of the majority of top 40 folks..He seems to be independent and has a varied career. He just did Broadway, PBS,had a top album of covers from Broadway shows,etc.. IMHO Adam is at a crossroads of where he wants to take his career and his life, especially after the Queen Gigs.He has lots of options,he is just that talented..Will be exciting to watch Adam's journey. It seems the ones who are not the typical teen acts but do well on top 40 because their major aim is not only top 40 and HAC. They have their music on alt/rock/urban/rhythmic/R&B and if they are popular the have great success on to top 40 also. But if top 40 is your only aim then you are going head to head with the pop divas and boy/men who the teens love. If you look at Lorde, Twenty One Pilots, Fall Out Boys, Adele, Weeknd, Bruno, Sheeran etc. they are doing great on top 40 but they are not limiting themselves to that chart. They are getting #1 and high placements on multiple charts with maximum exposure. I never understood why Adam was limited to trying for CHR/HAC when he has so much to offer. And with all the facial hair (which makes him look older) I don't think he is trying for the teen audience anyway. So why the restrictions? Heck even Sam Smith was on the rock chart and many other ones. I understand wanting something but it seems the more irons you have in the fire the better. I often think of Josh Groban, too. He is not trying to get on the Top 40 list. He is middle of the road, appealing to a broad audience. He has a good personality and has broken into acting a little bit. He has virtually no "EDGE." He is just nice and talented and reasonably good-looking. He is very safe to like. No one will look at you and make a face if you tell them you like Josh Groban. I like him just fine. What's not to like? No rough edges, no controversy, no edge. Just talented and nice. Adam is like Groban with a huge EDGE. Adam is equally if not more talented, but carries all kinds of cultural quirks and chooses not to hide them at all. Big difference when it comes to fans.

That Angelo dude is interesting. Does all genres...has written with Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood and has produced 6 albums for Kings of Leon. Seems to have a rock edge to him. www.angelopetraglia.com/about/A rock edge is music to my ears, lol.

Thanks for the info! Still a chance then for Adam to be cast as Judas! I wonder how long the process usually takes from idea to casting to rehearsal and finally the show... Casting Adam as Judas would be a stroke of genius. If you the producers, etc. would wake up and realize it. He needs a deserves a really good stage/film role. This role is perfect for him. But the timing does not look good with QAL. Once again, it likely will not happen. But I remain an eternal optimist. Other singers/actors manage to squeeze things in. And Adam REALLY wants this one.

All three are pretty interesting, with a bit of a rock/alternative side in the mix. Hey, maybe Adam is relocating to Nashville!😃 I'd love that! lol. Can't see it happening :D For $4 million he could buy a huge mansion with land. Plus the humidity is helpful....lol. It just tickles me that he's rocked out The Ryman twice and Bridgestone with QAL was a sell out. Does anybody remember where he was or which studio when he was with Alisan right before the QAL Nashville show? Was just wondering if there is any connection there. It was Blackbird studio. I don't know if there's a connection, maybe someone else does.

I just want someone to write Adam a major hit. Period.

Interesting, to say the least!! What's going on? Is Adam going to forever write and record and never release..?
