There's a ton of general buzz about Queen right now and will only ramp up with the movie release next year. I agree that Adam has brought many new fans to the band but I also think that there are a lot of old-school Queen fans whose kids are also into the band. It was obvious at Brian's book signing because there were some kids and tweens there who were so excited to meet him. It's pretty awesome regardless of where it originated. I've accidentally turned my youngest (6 yo) into a Queenie. Singing the songs, lamenting the fact that Freddie is gone, asking me to put on the greatest hits yet again (until even I have had enough for a while), bringing his 6 yo friend home to 'listen to Queen songs' 😄 Edit: yes, he's coming to the Amsterdam show. Awww that's cute! That's how I got started! My brother listened to Bo Rhap on vinyl when he was cleaning his room. It was around 1980-81. I was 7-8 and he was 19-20. I was hooked from there.

Ahhh yes! I am hoping I'll lay the same foundation for my little ones, to continue for the rest of their lives. The other (oldest) one is carrying the Adam torch, so we've got all our bases covered 😄
