Wow, Wow, Wow, Wow! This was amazing!!!! The legendary band Queen showed in a sold-out ZiggoDome that, without Freddie Mercury, they still have the right to exist. Adam Lambert turns out to be a worthy successor and the public agreed with that and went completely nuts. Our photographer William Rutten was there for you and made these pictures. They also have some great pics!

Review! Google translate: One evening Queen still offers world-class rock entertainment With guest singer Adam Lambert, Queen kept his musical heritage alive tonight. In the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, the weather was like 1984, and Queen was at the peak of his fame. A small damper for the fanatical Queen fan, the kind that prepares himself at home for a glimpse of his heroes. At the door of the Ziggo Dome, all bicycle bells must be handed in. "Safety, sir, you understand." Certainly, however, it's going well with the traditional end of Bicycle Race. Finally, with the symphony of bicycle bells. And it's not an easy evening for the true Queen-adept. Every concert of the band with singer Adam Lambert for the group is also one evening, Freddie Mercury. After his death in 1991 Queen (Guitarist Brian May (70) and drummer Roger Taylor) has been on tour with his current guest singer since 2012. To do what is impossible in advance: keep the legacy of Queen alive without the Queen himself. But still: with a set list like tonight, there is little wrong. The Queen's hit catalog - from party number Fat Bottomed Girls to tranentrekker Who Wants to Live Forever - still shines like it's still 1984. And then Lambert is another fabulous scarlet acrobat with charisma. One more additionally, after half an hour, explains that he does not think he is suddenly on the same level with the big Mercury. In short, he was quickly checked in the sold out room. For the second time in this composition in our country, the concert offered the opportunity to see Lambert as a young version of Mercury, raised with the achievements of modern times. A full blood rocker with a sense of pathos. But one complete with shiny pink costume, high heels, eye shadow, clothes swaps and a completely tight botox forehead. And, like late Mercury, it's a pure attention to it. Whoever left his reserves quickly found out that this version of Queen may be. Lamberts version of I Want It All breathes the right dose of life, I Want to Break Free is good fat and the duet with Taylor on Under Pressure is simply iron strong. Only his Somebody to Love misses the despair that Mercury and later George Michael, perhaps, in Queens, made the most beautiful song. Yet, one evening Queen still offers world-class rock entertainment in 2017. And then Bohemian Rhapsody has to come. The first tunes of that song can be added to the daunting jubilee but to one conclusion: Queen will be back in December at the top of 2000. QUEEN + Adam Lambert Four stars Given: 13-11, Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam

I have to admit I didn't mind when Adan and Freddie traded lines at the end of BR. It was always so poignant. Also, Adam's voice is always so tender and beautiful in juxtaposition to Freddie's. There was no denying his talent when their voices played off each other. It was almost like a passing of the reigns to me, or Freddie giving his approval.
