Well, I am trying out playing YT on my new flatscreen TV and look what video pops up first! Remember this one from last year in Rio? Never looked so good in HD! And it's a Queen Official no less. What a party! Gorgeous Adam, the jacket, the band, the crowd!!! www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEBhpiT-V4gWhat a nice gift to yourself!!! Yes, smart TVs that connect directly to YouTube on the internet and play YouTube content are wonderful! But for those of you who do not have one, there are often other ways. Many Blu-ray/DVD players, even many older ones, will also connect directly to YouTube on the internet and play content. (All of my Sony Blu-ray players and smart TVs have the YouTube app!) And many older TVs & Blu-ray/DVD players, as well as most new ones, will also play video and audio from USB memory sticks. And then there are other add-on devices, like Amazon Fire, that will play YouTube videos. But if you are buying something new, the best bang for the least amount of money is to buy a Blu-ray player will all the right apps. Even Blu-ray players costing $50-100 USD usually have these features (at least in Sony brand). If anyone needs help figuring out what their equipment will do, send me a PM with the make and model number of your TV and Blu-ray/DVD player.

Bringing over the thread when we discusses Adams finances regarding the tour adamtopia.com/thread/4181/27-17-adam-news-info?page=3I'm no expert but from what others wrote then based on previous secured information (and I remember from the discussion) I think the numbers were between 150-250k per show + merch. So around 12 (lower estimates) to 15-17 million (higher estimates) in total. Adam thanks his attorneys in the tour program? I know he said they keep an eye out if he's spending too much lol PS glad to hear that momtomany is fine. Was wondering how she was doing.

The world is completely backwards. It took no time at all for IG to shut Brian down when he made the mistake of posting a picture with out credit but no action from them at all on the fake account!

On the how much does Adam make performing with QAL front- I've heard that performers/bands that play in small to medium size venues wind up with roughly 8-10% of the ticket gross. That is after all expenses have been paid. Also, this does not include merch. If it is a band, that 10% is split between band members. Touring musicians who are only with the band part-time get a set amount, not a split. If tickets don't sell well the band has to pay everyone else the agreed upon amounts before they begin to pay themselves. My son has told me on occasion when planning a tour (small indie band) that about 2/3 or 3/4 of the way through the tour, if tickets sell as expected, the cost of the tour, minus the band's cut, is covered. That last 1/3 or 1/4 is what pays the band. Arenas probably are quite different. More guarantees, more merch, and more expenses. Here is a link to a gear head discussion board from 2008 where they discuss how much money an arena level artist makes per show. There are some unrealistic comments, but there also are a couple of people who seem quite knowledgeable. Scroll the whole page. The better comments are further down. www.gearslutz.com/board/so-much-gear-so-little-time/335527-how-much-money-can-artist-like-john-mayer-make-per-concert.htmlpeace&love ETA - Billboard gives these expenses that are paid for by a music artist publicist - $500 to $10,000 per month assistant - $500 per week and up security - $100 per hour agent - 10% of gross manager - 15-20% of gross or net depending on contract fanclub and social media expenses - varies

We know from the Forbes list of highest earning Idols that after expenses and pre taxes, Adam made 6mil on the GNT. 5mil on the Trespassing tour. And 10mil on the first full Queen tour. So judging by what he has made in the past, it seems certain that he made good money on TOH tour and his other Queen tours but they stopped publishing for Idols. But he made the list every year (except his first one) that they published for Idol so not much to guess about. He topped the list as the highest earner the last time they had one. He was the only Idol other than Carrie and Kelly to do that. If they had listed for the last year, Carrie would have been at the top but Adam probably would have been second. I wish they would continue them.
