Here's one you can watch w/o having to DL Very interesting. In the future, I believe they will have a documentary saying similar things about Adam and his amazing voice.

Someone wants to touch his hair. I want to touch his body. I want a hug before I leave this earth. I hope we can make one more Adam Lambert concert when his new music is out. I n-e-e-d to see him again in person so much. I can totally understand this need for TOUCHING---irish1139 and pattihum. Years ago, I was standing outside, behind the barricade waiting for Adam to come out the back door, following one of his concerts here in San Diego. It took a while -and of course the security guys were trying to swish us all away, trying to convince us that Adam wouldn't be coming out that exit. My daughter has performed in theatrical shows when she was in high school and knew exactly where the performers would come out after the shows---so we weren't going anywhere! And there he was-----and over he came -right to me! I had paper and pen in hand, but really didn't care at all for an autograph--I just needed to see him. As he was signing my paper, his left hand was free-and I then did the unthinkable {for me.} I gently touched his arm , moving my hand slowly down, hoping somehow that he wouldn't notice. {How silly can one get?] But I just HAD to touch him! And, to this day, this is what I remember. His arm, then without his tattoos, had soft ,furry hair which surprised me a little because it 's so fair you can hardly see it. I still remember the touch, and how he sweetly ignored my doing so.I guess he 's used to so many, like me, who just need to make sure that he's real. To this day, whenever I see his left arm, i think of how it felt to touch him and how I remember every single detail of how it felt.Somehow made him more real to me. So ,yes, I truly understand the need to touch-and like you, irish, I want to give him a hug ---just one time!!!!

If so, I was there too, at the same exit. It took a while didn't it? I didn't "dare" touch him - even though I would have liked to - but he kindly signed my cd and the RS Magazine. Then he went into the bus and took off to Vegas, I believe. Good times.

Yes, sizzling63---it was the GNT in San Diego. I remember that the security guys were telling us that Adam wouldn't be coming out that exit and telling us to go across the street and wait by the buses.I said to my daughter that Adam was quite amazing--- but I didn't think that even he could fly across to the other side of the street! Many folks followed the guards' instructions but my daughter and I stayed right there in the front of the roped off area. It was more uncharacteristic of me than you will ever know--but I HAD to touch him and that's what I did! I've never been in any front row of his concerts and probably never will be, but i have that night in my memory for always. It would have been extra nice if I had been able to meet you there. Maybe sometime soon? on his next solo tour?

I might actually remember you and your daughter - was your daughter a young adult/older teen back then? And did she have a cd with her? We might have exchanged a few quick words actually. I would love the opportunity to meet you "formally" during the next solo tour!
