The technically impressive things about that E5 in UP are:
1. It's an E5! Sung in full voice. Outer space for a tenor.
2. I t is clear and ringing without sounding pushed.
3. It is sustained for 5 seconds. With consistent pitch and vibrato.
4. It occurs at the end of phrase with sustained D5 before it, the entire phrase lasting about 10 seconds. The most difficult note at the end of the phrase where the breath support could be shaky... but it is not.
5. Bonus points for the glissando leading up to the D5 and E5. It starts with a strong F3 and slides thru several "gear shifts" on the way up to the ceiling, yet the quality of the tone sounds the same, with no shifts heard. No breaks in the tone.
If you want to play 10 seconds of Adam to show that his voice is highly trained, you can't do better than these.
