For other music geeks like me..... You know how folks are always asking "what the hell was t hat note???" There's an app for that. Who knew? I found "Voice checker" and "Pitch recognizer" at the Google play store. There are too many pitches being sung and played simultaneously and rapidly to get a good identification from a video of Adam singing, but, if you listen, pause it at the pitch, and then sing the same pitch yourself to the app, it easily recognizes it. How cool is that?
Or, if you are a keyboard player, there are piano apps. You can touch a key on the onscreen keyboard and match it to the note you heard.
