I know that when Adam first came on the scene, the thought was that pop was his only chance of getting US radio play. Now that he has a name, success and high profile frontman duties for Queen, I wonder if he could now get alt-rock radio play along with CHR/HAC. I really hope they can expand his exposure and reach. Streaming is big but the hits are still made on radio charting for the most part. I think A4 is going to bring something different and great. No boxes for his big talent, I hope. NO doubt about that. A strong hint for me came a few weeks ago, when Adam posted his Idol performance of "A Change Is Gonna Come". In terms of radio play, I would advise him to not think too much about it and go with his guts. Other artists have done it.

I know that when Adam first came on the scene, the thought was that pop was his only chance of getting US radio play. Now that he has a name, success and high profile frontman duties for Queen (and times have changed some now), I wonder if he could now get alt-rock radio play along with CHR/HAC. I really hope they can expand his exposure and reach. Streaming is big but the hits are still made on radio charting for the most part. I think A4 is going to bring something different and great. No boxes for his big talent, I hope. I was thinking exactly the same thing. This little casual video is living proof that Adam is great at more than just pure pop. He can sing blues, too. It's about time the news got out there. You're right about him maybe getting some alt-rock radio play. He's so versatile. No boundaries.
