I don’t post often, but i read this forum almost daily. Why on earth would someone publically post that Adam had lost some of his sexy, knowing it was likely that at least a few people would follow you with the same? I am with those who still find him sexy as can be. if you watch some of his GDML performances, most particularly the one in Boston in 2017 and don’t find it sexy, check your pulse rate, for perhaps it is too low. Also, maybe you might want to check out the video compilation called “Candy Shop” that someone made. However, I have two more important main points that want to make here: 1. In a time when many in society are promoting acceptance, freedom, equality, appreciation if the beautiful diversity that make up this amazing world of ours, this forum has seemed to me to create a space to learn and to grow from each other and from Adam. So how is the statement about Adam not being as sexy because he may weigh a bit more not on a slippery slope about what kind of bodies are sexy and what criterion are used to make that up? 2. We know, almost certainly, that sometimes Adam reads or skims at least parts of our daily threads. We also know that he has had body image problems in the past, if still not now, to some extent. What if this is one of those days when Adam clicks on this thread? What on earth is possibly accomplished by writing comments like these? I am certainly far from perfect, as we all are, yes, even Adam. This isn’t blind idolizing on my part; i just dont understand what “place” these statements came from? If we are bored and want to have fun, it’s a nice idea for people who want to participate to post pictures of Adam that they especially like, and maybe briefly say why. Don’t get me wrong: I know this is a public forum and anyone can post anything within certain parameters. So, I am not contending your right to post such things. In fact, i have read a couple of people who post more regularly, and they seem supportive, polite, and open-minded, so i doubt very seriously there was malice of any kind involved. If some people come at me for writing this post myself, I can’t stop them, of course, i just feel strongly avout this issue. I don't post either but I agree with you. I was a bit shocked at the comments about his size being tied to his sexiness etc tbh, I've always thought of Adam as a whole, not separate bits and pieces. To me sexiness is inherent in someone, you either have it or you don't and I don't think it's about looks and size/shape, it's a vibe and probably a state of mind. I see Adam's appeal as coming from the inside. No matter what he wears, how he looks, colour/style of hair etc the person inside is adorable and draws you in with his charisma, he radiates joy, fun and intelligence. That to me is sexy. Yeah he can ramp it up by the way he acts onstage and what he chooses to wear, but even without all that it's just still part of him. The fact he has the most beautiful face I've ever seen is just a bonus. Ok sorry, back to lurking now.

It really ain't that deep.

And if I hinted otherwise because I posted that I liked the fringy STL over the Frank head one, I'm didn't mean to. Adam is perfectly capable of being the sexiest man alive. His body is beautiful and his face is, well, just plain perfect.

As I understood the posts saying Adam had "lost some of his sexy" the people didn't necessarily mean that they view Adam as less sexy with more weight but meant that Adam during that time of the first big QAL tour, when he had a personal trainer with him Adam himself felt more sexy (due to weight or not) and therefore omitted more sexy. That's how I took it anyway. All I will contribute to the subject is that Adam did reply to a fan who tweeted (?) him a picture of that time, that that was is his dream/goal-weight. I enjoy a picture that floors me and simply take everything else as it comes knowing Adam is a glamelion... A great Sunday to everyone!

Ah yeah, I suppose that would make sense, it is a state of mind to a certain extent and if you feel sexy you likely radiate that more. I don't think he's naturally built to be that size, he likely has to work really hard to keep it up so it's probably an unrealistic goal, at least if he wants to be happy and healthy. I would in no way call him big though, I just have the impression he's been doing more weights rather than pilates maybe, more muscle and less streamlined, no bad thing. He did look gorgeous and I loved the fringe outfit, but for me he just has that indefinable something that makes him stand out regardless of what he's wearing or how he outwardly presents himself. He's just one of those people who come along infrequently and mesmerize you without you really being able to pin down why. I can appreciate gorgeous pics and I love some of his fashion style's/looks more than others but that's just window dressing for me, the voice, charisma, intelligence and wit will always come first.

Not sure how we went from preferring fringes over the pink suit to only size matters. :D Marionm.... ...well said.

(That game where 1 person whispers something into the 2nd person's ear and they in turn repeat it to a 3rd person and so on around the circle until the last person. And then you see how distorted the message has become when it reaches the last person.)

He isn't? Thinking about the many "drool and flail" posts from past and present, I was under the impression that Adam's looks and physique are part of his appeal. Same goes for some female pop stars, doesn't it? While many find Adam perfect no matter what, others may have opinions here and there, but the subject matter is still the same, isn't it? I don't know. But I am not sure this idea that sexiness pertains to ones Physique. And not ones Voice, character, Intelligence. Even their face lol. For me, it's the whole package. And he sure does have a sexy voice, especially in the lower range.

(I didn't even know about that tweet of Adam's where he replied to a fan)
