Still an unbelievable statement to make. Why on earth would this look be sabotage? Adam has millions of fans who will follow him with any look. Seems ridiculous to think otherwise. He's in the music business not a board member of a corporation. I think attracting new fans will happen and why on earth would you think he doesn't take it seriously? Adam always looks the part and for you to make a judgement on his look especially now when he's in the down time before the tour is ridiculous! He will shine like he always does when he hits the stage! Yep, I get it that it is the music business. And I am a business minded person. And part of his job is to sell his brand. Put his best self forward. It's not the long hair that is my trigger. It's absolutely ridiculous amount of talent that I think still gets overlooked and it's frustrating to me when he doesn't present himself as his best self. Changing it up is fine, the sloppiness, I don't get. Unrecognizable at times. I understand that he's on his down time. But that's coming to an end very shortly, he's got a network tv documentary coming up and a big tour. Time will tell if he's going to change up the look before the tour, I am crossing my fingers.I already have my tickets. Long time Queen fan before Adam, I wouldn't miss Brian and Roger for the world, Adam's weave there or not. ETA: I remember when Rob Thomas got big with Matchbox Twenty. And he gained a lot of weight, looked a mess. He later said that he realized he just didn't need to sing great to be a great front man. That he had to present himself better to be a great front man and that was also the part of his job. Paraphrasing. I see where you're coming from. To be quite honest, when I looked at the leopard shirt Evita pic from last night, my immediate reaction was, "what happened"? Judging by one pic isn't fair, but on the other hand I do see a different Adam lately from the one that I have gotten used to and fell in love with. I am wondering... are we too stuck in the past? Are we acting too entitled? I haven't quite made up my mind about the longer hair but I have a feeling that it could be effective live - I sure hope so as I have gotten so used to his "trademark" gorgeous mane over the past years (even though there have been times when it looked like he was trying to sabotage himself). I agree that looking his best is an essential part of Adam's package, and it only enhances his craft. Comparing him to Ed Sheeran, as someone suggested, doesn't quite make sense to me as they are very different "brands". I am crossing my fingers too - I selfishly need that visual "wow" moment again, and admittedly I got sentimental yesterday when I looked at all the gorgeous older pics. Still, Adam is moving on with his life and clearly entering a new chapter and we might have to remind ourselves to move along wth him. I have a feeling that the music will knock our socks off, if "Feel Something" is any indication. Javi is a young guy... I suppose that he has some input. Well, he thinks that Adam is "the prettiest flower of them all" #perspectives

Let me weigh in on Adam's looks, hair, etc. I went to QAL concert in 2017 in St. Paul, MN. Going to their first QAL concert with me was a good friend and my daughter. I thought, oh Adam has red hair, not his best look. Believe me, we didn't notice it at all when the music started. The voice, the personality, the antics made his hair secondary. We had a ball. Not a mention from my co concert goers, except they had a fabulous time!! And we were close, about 8 seats over from the thrust. I'm not worried. I wouldn't mind seeing long hair flopping around this tour! Haha

[ Since I'm sorta new to the Adam Lambert experience, the line above is actually a great piece of advice. Thanks! I've been a fan for 10 years now, and it really is great advice...things change constantly in Adamland...one of the reasons it's so much fun, IMO. And that's coming from a person that HATES change in her personal life lol. I live vicariously through Adam. Haha same here, I'm definitely more consistent in my life... Interesting point onetimeI think it's a constant internal struggle how much you want to compromise yourself, water it down in order to appeal to a wider audience or keep artistic integrity. I think this not only goes for his music but for his image/look as well.
