So it looks like Adam has put together an all-new band. That will be very interesting. They must be good or he wouldn't have them. Watched a few Youtubes and thought I would post this one as you get a sense of her personality. She also sings. In one interview she spoke of the the importance of getting along with band mates, being professional, always being early etc etc. Cute comment in an interview-- she toured with Fifth Harmony and she was 36 and about 12 years older than the others... and they called her grandma. Also added in that touring is not about partying, but getting up early to get to where they are needed to be. Angie Swan

Yes ...hard to know if these musicians are just for his promo, and a different group will be put together for touring. The touring is months away.

She had to pause to think of "Lambert" hmmm. I'm guessing Adam will have an all Af American female band....seems like he followed 2 or 3 at the same time on IG a while back. Or I could be wrong. We'll see. This would be for promo right now. Yes she doesn't seem to really know Adam.. maybe a one shot deal for Ellen.. She's playing on Idol too. I assume all promo. I don't care if she knows him or not, as long as she's good.

Here are the two comparisons. I think us "older" fans are gonna really like this album....sounds like we grew up on.
I like "Slow Hands" better than Jealous.

I loved Slow Hands, and would be thrilled if it has that kind of success!

I like the sounds of this! I still have no idea, what it will sound like. According to this listener, the song is „radio-ready bop“. Sounds like pop music to me.

twitter.com/officialcharts/status/1128314118925160448Official Charts @officialcharts Adam Lambert launches a new era with classic-rock inspired single New Eyes: First listen preview - bit.ly/2YwihYt Adam Lambert launches a new era with classic-rock inspired single New Eyes: First listen preview The pop singer and Queen frontman returns with an effortlessly sleek number. Purveyor of pop bangers and Queen frontman Adam Lambert is back with a new outlook, a new era and a brand new single. On 8 May, Adam revealed on Instagram that his new album Velvet is in production. New Eyes is the album's lead track - an effortlessly cool, sleek song featuring a rhythmic guitar hook and a heavy, pulsing drum-beat. The song - released on May 15 alongside its music video - was co-written by Adam and Paris Carney, and produced by Jamie Sierota, formerly of Echosmith, who you might remember for their Top 20 hit Cool Kids back in 2015. The single is a departure from his previous album; the dance beats have been dropped to make way for an edgier, rockier guitar riff. It’s a brooding, mid-tempo stomper that has an air of classic rock, yet also a soul-tinged vibe - think somewhere between Slow Hands by Niall Horan and Nick Jonas' Jealous. Adam revealed that he’s “definitely way into [his] seventies rock star fantasy right now” and his current project is "very rock'n'roll, decadent seventies” - which paired with such an opulent lead single is promising. His previous single, a ballad called Feel Something was a treat for surprised fans in February, following a show-stopping opening performance at the 2019 Oscars with Queen. Adam’s fourth studio album Velvet is on its way, four years after his last album The Original High debuted in the Official Albums Chart Top 10. It’s been quite a wait for his fans, but expect Adam to arrive back with a considerable bang.
