skaschepAbout the number of floor seats, my guess is that the differences between NYC and Columbus is a matter of local ordinances. Capacity rules in the US vary state by state and city by city.

skaschep About the number of floor seats, my guess is that the differences between NYC and Columbus is a matter of local ordinances. Capacity rules in the US vary state by state and city by city. I understand that there are different regulations everywhere (or maybe I don't as it is very confusing to have different rules even though you are one country), but it just seems weird to me that they sell seats behind the stage when the floor is only half full. I've been to 3 states in the last two weeks and in all 4 concerts the floor was packed with seats. It looks a bit like they didn't expect to sell out here and therefore didn't fill up the floor. A seating floor will always be weird to me as well as it's a completely different energy than a fully packed standing floor as we are used to in Europe. Seeing the floor very full in the concerts I went to in the last weeks made up for that quite some as the energy in those halls was amazing! Seeing this I almost felt sorry for the band, but I guess they liked it very much still.
