I had remembered The Build interview before the Vegas shows and the small audience that asked questions. I guess he doesn't perform Superpower on this show? Looks like last time it was all interview and the time before it with TOH as well.

Ooooh but I love to play!! Good one SophieB Lol! But imo digital socks are a possibility here Hmmm.... I think I might have to do some research *studies the area in question very very closely* (we do need to know the truth about this picture after all....) I don't know. Could be. Will be back when I finish studying.

I really don't think any minds will be changed by random comments in support of one view of the speech, lol. There have been comments in the other direction too. Some like the OTT speech and think it is needed to win over the crowd. Others think a modified acknowledgement of Freddie's input and Adam's performance and talent is MORE than enough to win over the crowd. It would make me rather sad if I did not believe he was so good that the audience would appreciate his hard work and contribution to the band without him saying he knows he is not as good (more or less). And TBH, if Freddie fans bought tickets to the show, they could not have been that bothered by Adam being the frontman. If they were, who even cares? It is not as if someone is running around taking a survey of who loved the speech and who didn't. Adam's performance is all that really mattered to most living in and enjoying the present. The past is not coming back speech or no speech.
Happy to see Adam out and about and enjoying himself. He deserves this time to relax. But the performance withdrawal is real, lol. Can't wait for some Velvet promotion and the QAL global event.

Dead horse ahead, but it's Google's fault! Since Google knows what I have been searching for in the last few days, today my Android phone proposed a Quora article entitled "Did Adam Lambert ruin Queen?". www.quora.com/Did-Adam-Lambert-ruin-QueenThere are some interesting answers, but the top one is kinda relevant to our recent discussions. Bolding is mine. I think this is how a lot of concert-goers feel. The speech eases their fears that Adam is arrogant in his role. The speech makes it clear that he is NOT. And Freddie fans want to hear that fact. It gives them a good reason not to resent Adam, at least too much. The speech serves its purpose. Freddie lovers don't care how good Adam is. They just want Freddie to always be "the one." And I love seeing the clip of Maximus again! Can't wait to see the movie!
