In one of the behind-the-scenes videos of the MV shoot, I heard someone say something like “we need to shoot a clean version too.” So there must be a clean version of that available too. I haven’t checked my Comcast On Demand to see if it’s on there yet. Since I swear all the time, the explicit version doesn’t bother me, but I remember how surprised I was years ago when our local (Anchorage at the time) Fred Meyer store played Pearl Jam’s Jeremy without bleeping “he was a harmless little fuck” over the store’s Muzak, lol. I don’t think anyone complained.

Makes sense. With Spotify I am going all out for now. With Youtube I click randomly as much as possible during the day, through different sites and subscriptions. At night I run a subscription playlist, either Adam's or skaschep 's. That is a great plan. Particularly good to come in from different sites -- particularly news reports because this helps Adam get more press hits.
For YT make sure that your viewing will seem like a real human to Google. They charge for the ads and they go to extremes to not count spammy views. This is not a 90% sure thing, it is a sure thing. If you play on constant repeat, they wipe out all but the first view. If you mix it up, more views count. But you must click on something now and then. You can't just play a 8-hour playlist on repeat.
YouTube will not count repeated views if they all coming over and over again from the same sources (IP, browser, cookie, user ID, other IDs). YouTube counts repeated views on a very popular songs that many are listening from start to end over and over again (since they really like the song). The YouTube algorithm is very sophisticated and designed to detect viral repleting versus spamming.
One other thing you can do, is comment and like SuperPower. If you have not done it yet, do it now.
Finally, using different browsers on the same device is now pretty useless. All the browsers will have the same IP address and the same device code. In other words, that will not fool YT. Using different devices with accounts that look like different people will work. I have a few digital people who are not me but me I used for testing in my day job. I use them occasionally for Adam things. I have been very, very careful that Google cannot connect them to me. {waves to Google bot who is now reading this. }
I keep going back and forth between Adam's YT dashboard (is that what they call it on YT?), Superpower and some random videos of his that deserve some love as well, so SP is basically every second video I play, but reading your info makes me kind of paranoid that this might still not be random enough... I noticed at one point that SP gained about 8,000 views in one hour and when I was gone for three hours it had barely gained 7,000 during that time. It just makes me wonder how that whole thing works... By the way - if views only count once you watched the complete video until the very, very end, the long end credits on both New Eyes and CIH may have been a less than ideal decision... Are we sure that Spotify counts all the loops? Since I didn't quite trust the whole thing, I created another playlist that, once again, includes SP as every second song with other Adam songs mixed in (no, I'm not paranoid at all...) and I keep it running on a different device.
