Adam has said all along he was going in a different direction with this album, with live instruments and a little less pop. If the tour is anything like Pittsburgh or the Dec. concerts they will be great. I'm sure he will still have his sexy dance moves as he does them with Queen and with his solo tours in Dec. But with nice fashion, and more organic moves, there is a maturity and sophistication that is edgy but not staged like so many. Some artists can change, while others stay where they are because they have nothing else much to offer. Adam with a rocking band and some backup singers can command the attention of any audience. He seems excited and probably less stressed. I think he will still do midsize venues but maybe not as many as the previous tours. Or maybe he will do a few more mini residency's in certain locations. Have no idea if there are places other than Vegas that would make sense, lol. Excited to see what he has planned.

I agree, lurleene. It seems to me like Adam is inventing a whole new era, style, approach. He has always evolved and changed. That's one reason I love him so much. Looking forward to an exciting 2020 and beyond.

lurleene - I think you might be on to something with mini-residencies in strategic locations. Maybe more intimate venues but decent sized. Austin has quite a few well-known/famous locations in the 1000-2000 capacity range where they could spend two or three nights and bring in folks from all over Texas. Lots of different vibes too. Of course, Adam has never showed up in Austin so I am not holding out any real hope for here but I would drive anywhere in Texas or nearby states. New Orleans is only an 8 hour drive.

May I suggest NYC? ... not that I have any personal interest in that...no way...

Loved the live chat this morning, and I agree with all the things everyone is posting on what they heard. I can think of places he might bring his show,ny,Boston, foxwoods again or one of the other casinos,he has friends in ny&Bos. Just a thought.
