My sis had her home on the market for two years. Soon after she bought it, her husband died and it was too big for her. When she sold that sucker she treated me to a trip and we partied as we spent some of the cash. HA. She didn't give two sh**s about selling it at a loss cause she was free to downsize to a townhouse.
