Popstar article . . . full of win! Mentions the Glam Nation CD/DVD release date and explains the Trevor Project. Adam Lambert To Perform Live on Next Week's American IdolIt starts with: He's back. And it ends with this: A relevant song for a relevant cause. As for Lambert's relevancy on Twitter? Within minutes of his announcement, 'Acoustic Aftermath' was trending worldwide. www.popstar.com/News/Shows/Article/865

Doesn't really count as a question when you already know this crowd!! I have a really important after work bonding (ack) thing with the bosses and I'm already planning on faking a seizure. Smile. Of course I know this crowd. I was counting on y'all to give me the encouragement and courage to watch our beloved Adam at my parents' house. I like some of your sneaky moves, too. Unfortunately, they are rather prehistoric when it comes to technology, so no internet connection there. However, I could fake a run to the store, take my laptop, and camp out in the city park where they have free wi-fi. Then I could also log in on ATOP and squee with y'all in real time. Think they might get a little suspicious if it took me two hours to go pick up a bottle of wine or a loaf of bread??? I think I will go for fearless. Heck, they did live thru my crush on Paul McCartney --- and the Beatle hair and outfits were pretty "out there" at the time. Plus, Adam is a much better singer, and they appreciate great singers. And, as you pointed out, it is Acoustic Aftermath, which is pretty impressive live. What's the worst that could happen? Adam appears in full outrageous glam and they shake their heads and wonder whether I have lost my mind. I think they already had that reaction when I married my now ex-husband. (Yeah, so they were right about that -- but that is not the point.) I'm gonna think positively -- thank you, Adam. They will be impressed with his singing. They will be happy that their fifty-something daughter can still get excited about a singer, and enjoy a little harmless second childhood. I will tell them about the great people at ATop who encourage me, amuse me, and fascinate me, and they will be pleased that I have found such a great community of folks. They will be thrilled that Adam has reawakened my love for music. Yep, that's the way I will approach it.
